The room was clear and large enough for a simple stay. The staff were all great.

The room was clean and well-equipped. It was a bit cold initially, but after calling the front desk, they promptly turned on the air conditioning. The only downside is that the hotel next door is undergoing renovations, so sleeping in late in the morning might be an issue. You can reach the front desk by dialing 9.

Room was very tiny and there was a sound of water from the pipe, even I requested avoid noise and lift area haha! Hard to fall asleep.

The single room is well laid out, very clean, and fully equipped with all necessary amenities. The location is excellent, just about a 3-minute walk from Gare du Nord station.

The location is fantastic, right next to the train station, but it feels a bit unsafe at night. The front desk service was absolutely wonderful, which is a big plus. However, the room itself is quite old and had a strange smell as soon as I walked in. The air conditioning also made a continuous strange noise even after being turned off. On the positive side, the cleaning was well done.

The hotel location is good and the satff is very nice but other than that it is not too good, the hotel is lack of hot water at night and it does not provides any slippers and toothpaste and toothbrush

Excellent stay. There is coffee machine and fridge to store food. Kettle to make drinks. Room is huge. Keep it up. Will stay again

Pros:
Good location, easy access to Gare du Nord station. Restos and groceries nearby.
Free drinking water refill at the lobby
Reasonable price.
Can request daily room clean up.
Cons:
You can smell the food from the dining area in the rooms.
Slow and noisy lifts.
Room lighting can be low if the window and blinds are closed.
Room fixtures varies (e.g., some rooms have heated towel racks, others don't have it).

Overall, it was convenient, very close to the subway, and the bakery next door was delicious. The hotel room was a bit small but definitely sufficient. The front desk staff were very polite and quick to assist, and there's a free water dispenser.
