First of all, the lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the location is excellent. Room amenities are replenished daily, which is a nice touch.
The room size is reasonable, and cleanliness is very well maintained — great job to the housekeeping team.
One of the highlights is the gym, which offers a lovely view of the Eiffel Tower. The gym also has a coffee machine, which is quite unique and not something...
Excellent place, with welcoming staff. I will definitely return to this hotel.
Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management...
The location is great, near the Arc de Triomphe, just an 18-minute walk away. Both the metro and bus stations are very close by. The staff provided excellent service. The only downside was the lack of a coffee machine in the room.
Came to the hotel to attend conference at Palais de congress which is literally across the street from the hotel (less than 100 meters). So location was perfect for my needs. The hotel is also located very nearby to public transit - light rail, metro and such.
The hotel itself, while under renovations, was very good and I did not feel any disturbances from the renovations. Room was spacious and clean...
It’s basically quite good, but the renovation was done a bit early, and the room facilities aren’t very modern.

Ile-de-France, Paris, 3 Pl. du Général Kœnig, 17th arrondissement-Batignolles-Monceau 🧭 Map
Location of romance. Perfection to your trip.
The Tower View Room on the high floor was absolutely amazing! Although the room was small, it was fully equipped, especially the motion-sensor night light and the two charging ports (USB, Type-C) which were super convenient. But the absolute best part was definitely the unbeatable Eiffel Tower view from the window! 👍
Pros:
- Location is good and convenient for public transport (RER C, Metro line 1)
- Room floor was 4, but even from this floor the Eiffel Tower is well visible, although it is partially covered by a nearby building (not a fancy-looking one)
- Room has a medium-size bathtub
Cons:
- Room has only 1 towel hook. No idea why it is like this and where 2 large bath towels and 2 small ones should be placed...
The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it is conveniently connected by direct metro lines, so getting around is still easy. The Deluxe Tower View room offers a clear view of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and being able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room was truly amazing. However, the breakfast selection was quite limited and almost the same every...
Although the room was small, it was quite comfortable and had a great view. Most of the staff were very friendly, except for one short, middle-aged woman with short hair who had a stern expression that made me feel tense.
The environment is great. We booked an Eiffel Tower view room, and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The transportation is convenient; the metro is connected to the mall behind the hotel. However, it seems like guests from Asia are always assigned to lower floors, while European and American guests get higher floors.

This hotel is super convenient, located near transport links and a shopping/restaurant area. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plus, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!
There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient. It's not far to the attractions either, as the hotel is right by the Seine River.
The room was quite small, but for the price in Paris, it offered good value for money. The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Seine, and you can even see the Eiffel Tower. It's a shame the weather wasn't great during my visit; it was overcast and rainy.
A perfect hotel in the city, I stayed here for 5 nights and it’s really feel safe here and u no need to worry about your belongings as it’s kept safe.
Easy access to the Eiffel Tower even though there no view of Eiffel Tower, it’s just a walking distance and easy access to the bus stop
I like this hotel. Great location surrounding with shopping and dining options. Rooms are comfortable, views are okay, staff are helpful and friendly. Will come back again!
Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max.
The pictures include is the view you can see right outside the hotel door.

Excellent, I really liked it. It's one of the better places I've stayed during my travels – very quiet with great service. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus!
Great for couples! There's a romantic restaurant right next door with excellent service, fresh and delicious food, and a good selection of wines.
The bathroom had a strange smell, and the room was very old. The front desk told me breakfast was included, but after queuing the next day, I was informed there was no breakfast.
Good hotel and I will share it to my friends .
Excellent value for a Marriott! Marriott is always a reliable and trustworthy choice, and they are incredibly friendly and welcoming to Chinese guests.
Overall, it was okay, but I had two rather unpleasant experiences: they only provided one set of towels for a double room, and I booked a city-view room, but the window in the top-floor room was tiny with a mediocre view. On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, and I was so cold I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd send an engineer, but two hours passed...

Facilities are very basic. The breakfast is also not very exciting. The location is tricky: you either go up 2 floors of stairs with the smell of urine or take a slow lift to reach the ground floor reception.
The room is very small, and sockets and places to hang clothes are definitely not enough.
Overall this is not where I would want to stay again when I go to Paris next time.
The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff. The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower.
Nice room, fairly spacious, great location to all kinds of transportation, local groceries store just down the street but hotel entrance is hard to find especially at night. Buffets have lots of options with various kinds of pastries.
Great reception and support from the staff. I can say I'm pleased with all the services provided. Thank you.
Overall I am satisfied with the hotel for its service an dlocation. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast indeed is quite good. I think if the bathroom is bigger then it will be much better.
Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The hotel is really close to the Eiffel Tower, and there's a basketball court right next to it. It's also near high-end hotels like Le Bourmann. Plus, it's conveniently located close to metro and bus stations. You can get to the Seine River, Place de la Concorde, or the Champs-Élysées in about half an hour. Overall, it's great, and the room was quite comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the...
Everything was good and staff are friendly, 2 more steps to go for me to suggest this place to others. 1) the water refilling machines weren’t providing sparkling water as indicated. 2) the lift system seriously need an upgrade, most of the time only 1 lift working, 2nd lift could only be used only when the 1st one left the servicing floor, same goes to the 3rd, which I never see it moves. Oh ya, the...
The room was great, but the key highlight was the excellent service and fantastic breakfast. It's super close to the tower; you can see it just 100 meters from the hotel entrance.
The front desk staff were nice and gave us a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The room was a bit small, and the bathroom shower facilities were really inconvenient; both showerheads had to be on at the same time as you couldn't turn one off, and they made a lot of noise. The toiletries were almost gone when we checked in and were never refilled. They only provided one pair of slippers. We mentioned...
Absolutely fantastic! I especially want to commend the front desk lady – I think her name was on the little card – she was truly kind and beautiful. Seeing that we arrived on an early flight while it was still dark and very cold, and feeling unsafe, and knowing check-in wasn't until after 11 AM, she proactively arranged a room for us. This saved us both money and time. The location is also superb!...
The Location is excellent, The Eiffel Tower is right in front of the hotel. The Staff is warm, polite and very very friendly and helpful, being nice n attended to us, I’m very pleased with their manner. The only thing is the amenities, Which the cups are paper, And the culinaries are wooden. Other than that, I’m very placed with a room arrangement for the family. Everything is great, looks even better during the day.
Not far from Versailles Palace.
By the window, which can be opened.
Overlooking the street. The staff speaks English. The surrounding environment has a distinctly Parisian feel. Both twin beds are quite spacious.
The hotel was generally good, and most of the staff were very nice. However, on the 23rd, a cleaning lady came to clean my room. I was in the room at the time, and after a brief conversation, I said she could clean it now. Once she entered the room, she became extremely temperamental, throwing things around until another hotel staff member entered the room, at which point her temper calmed down. This...
Excellent! The lobby is grand, and the rooms are very well-equipped.
The hotel changed my room reservation and gave me a smaller room than requested. 5/10
It was a very nice hotel. The breakfast was delicious and something to look forward to every day.
The room was not particularly spacious, just average.
The only thing that bothered me was a crack in the bathtub, but the room was generally clean and good for families with babies.

I’m quite recommend this hotel, this is my second time staying with Ibis in Paris. I will still choose to stay here.
There are 2 train stations (M6/ M8) near the hotel, which is very convenient. Also, there are restaurants, carrefour near the hotel. ALSO, IS JUST A WALKING DISTANCE TO EIFFEL TOWER!
The room was quite clean. Luggage storage costs 6 euros per item. The surrounding area is relatively quiet, and it's about 1.3 kilometers from the Eiffel Tower.
Good value for money.
The rooms are tight but intelligently furnished. Great location. Has a bathroom with a door that closes and can be used without the other person in the room hearing/seeing/smelling everything.
Would have liked to see a gym but understanding that for the price you can’t expect many amenities.
The hotel is nice and very close to the Eiffel Tower. We chose an Eiffel Tower view room, so we could see the tower. However, the room was quite small, and the bathroom and shower were not very convenient for a family trip.
I´ve stayed in many Ibios before and other Hotels of the chain, but it never happened to me before that they had such an uncomfortable bed!! the underlining of it was plastic or so, wich caused us to mega sweet all night long (no matter if you regularly don´t sweat that much), so when we woke up, the whole bed was completly WET and you could not possible lye down again until it dried.

I stayed here again. The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen. But these minor issues...
My main purpose for this trip to France was shopping, so I stayed right next to Galleries Lafayette. The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests. The service was exceptionally good, I have to give them a special shout-out.
I initially had a concern that left me somewhat dissatisfied. However, Valentin handled the matter with great professionalism and genuine care. He listened attentively, addressed the issue respectfully, and managed to turn my dissatisfaction into complete satisfaction. I truly appreciate his courteous approach and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Beautiful and grand. It’s centrally located so very convenient to travel to other parts of Paris or take a stroll nearby. Room is nice and comfortable for the three of us.

Breakfast was decent. Facilities: A bit old. Hygiene: Generally acceptable. Environment: Right by the Eiffel Tower, you can book a room with a tower view for great photos. Service: Overall good, but check-in was really slow. Price: A bit high.
Great view. Comfort rooms. Receptionist very kind and polite allowing us to check in earlier after almost 24 hours of travelling time.
The hotel is perfectly located, with the Eiffel Tower just a short walking distance away.
Honestly, you're just paying for the view here. The rooms are quite small, and the balcony decor is very basic. It's best suited for couples looking to take some photos.
The hotel offers an excellent view with a clear, unobstructed sight of the Eiffel Tower. The location is highly convenient, making it easy to get around the city. Breakfast meets a solid standard and complements the overall quality of the stay.
It was nice and the service was okay also. But no bellboy in the front door and the umbrella rental machine wasnt working but thats not an issue. The location was impeccable you cant miss the eiffel tower and its near to so many restaurants that close late. High standards of service. Large and comfortable rooms.
Great hotel for family. Lobby level has a lot activities for family. Very convenient location. The breakfast restaurant is a bit crowded and food tables arrangements are a bit disorganized. You have to order your own coffee, however, the service is very good.
Room offer free water, refill as many as you want.

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away. There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices.
Check in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate...
Pleasant hotel in an easy to reach part of Paris, lots of restaurants nearby. The bed was comfortable and the rain shower was nice. We were disappointed to find there was no coffee machine in the room which every Pullman I've stayed in has had. There is only a kettle and 2 instant coffee sachets per day, and 2 bottles of water. Having teaspoons and wine glasses in the room would've been handy also
Nice hotel.has great amenties for kids. This guy that checked us in was amazing. Helped us plan our trip by pointing a few places to visit. Gave out some kids activity bags. Some restaurant staff were nice and helpful. Some not so much. Would continue their conversion even though you ask for help. The carpets could do with a refresh. Overall not a bad hotel.

This is a standard 4-star hotel in France, which can't really be compared to hotels in China. The breakfast area was incredibly cramped and crowded. The room size was decent; I booked a family room. This hotel is really not worth the price except for its good location
The room is old, but the location is great. You can walk to Place Vendôme, Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, and Arc de Triomphe.
I stayed here on a summer trip to Paris over the summer. I love, love Westins, but this one itself was older. My room did have a view of the Eiffel Tower which was cool. There's an open air cafe on the 1st floor where I had dinner two nights; that is perfect. I just wish the rooms weren't so dated. The locations was okay (a taxi from the train station, a walk to the Louvre).
The best experience i had in Paris this summer during the Olympics, was this hotel. Close to everything, cozy and beautiful. I stayed for 11 days, and it was really worth it. I stayed somewhere else after for few days, and it wasn’t nearly as satisfying.
I stayed here during the Christmas season, but the traffic around the Louvre was so bad and noisy that I wouldn't recommend it at this time of year. (Not the hotel rating, but the surrounding environment)

Location and hotel facilities are very nice! Shift leader Hortense was amazing! She gave me an upgrade and resolve my issues! Great Job! I will defenetely recommend Klimpton to my friends!
Friendly staff very helpful and great convenient location
Excellent service and location. Room design is stylish and clean. The restaurant and the rooftop bar are really nice too.
stuff are amazing, they serve one of the best breakfast
Heated towel rack in our room is not working, during breakfast at the hotel it seemed like all the Asian guests were seated in one corner, it felt a bit uncomfortable and somewhat discrminatory.
Excellent stay. New facilities, free drinks at social hour. The room is beautifully designed especially the shower area. I had a great stay
