Pros: - Location is good and convenient for public transport (RER C, Metro line 1) - Room floor was 4, but even from this floor the Eiffel Tower is well visible, although it is partially covered by a nearby building (not a fancy-looking one) - Room has a medium-size bathtub Cons: - Room has only 1 towel hook

No idea why it is like this and where 2 large bath towels and 2 small ones should be placed - Water pressure in the toilet is very weak - Even with a closed window, cold draft comes in - Housekeeping entered the room without knocking the door!

Although the room was small, it was quite comfortable and had a great view. Most of the staff were very friendly, except for one short, middle-aged woman with short hair who had a stern expression that made me feel tense

The Deluxe Tower View room offers a clear view of both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, and being able to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks from the room was truly amazing

We booked an Eiffel Tower view room, and we could see the Eiffel Tower from our window. The transportation is convenient; the metro is connected to the mall behind the hotel

The hotel is located a bit away from the city center, but it is conveniently connected by direct metro lines, so getting around is still easy

A wonderful hotel to stay in, a stone throw away from the Eiffel Tower and the underground train network which allows access all over Paris. Super close to a shopping centre too which is great

The hotel itself had a delicious continental breakfast available and the room was spacious with a view over looking the river. Staff were wonderful and had decorated the lobby to resemble winter wonderland

There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient

Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max

I like this hotel. Great location surrounding with shopping and dining options. Rooms are comfortable, views are okay, staff are helpful and friendly. Will come back again!

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion

Excellent, I really liked it. It's one of the better places I've stayed during my travels – very quiet with great service. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus!

Overall, it was okay, but I had two rather unpleasant experiences: they only provided one set of towels for a double room, and I booked a city-view room, but the window in the top-floor room was tiny with a mediocre view

On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, and I was so cold I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd send an engineer, but two hours passed and no one came to fix it

We decided to add an extra room, and Xing Lei at the front desk proactively helped us with the arrangements. She even waived one person's breakfast fee upon checkout, which made us feel very welcome

The front desk service was very warm. We originally booked a suite for three people, but there was no door between the bedroom and the living room, which caused a bit of disturbance

Overall I am satisfied with the hotel for its service an dlocation. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast indeed is quite good. I think if the bathroom is bigger then it will be much better.

Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower

The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff

We had a room with 2 balconies facing the Eiffel Tower. The nightly view was so serene. the breakfast buffet is amazing any kind of fruits imaginable , pastries to die for , especially the apple 🍎 tart & so much more

The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen

The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure

But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite

After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home

The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests

Negatives: Room service will nickel and dime you for every single thing. They charged me 5 Euros to bring silverware to the room and then wanted me to tip. Breakfast was good, but wildly over priced

Hygiene: Generally acceptable. Environment: Right by the Eiffel Tower, you can book a room with a tower view for great photos. Service: Overall good, but check-in was really slow

Breakfast bar offers everything , from omelets to pastries. Croissants are delicious! Celine greets you with a smile and warm welcome each morning for dining. Of course, location near the Eiffel Tower is a plus!

The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away

Facilities: The fridge was broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The cabinet door was also broken. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient with 5 subway lines right outside.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff! Special praise for Aida at the front desk – her empathy and care were exceptional, especially after our daughter's airport accident (broken lip/tooth)

I later discovered that paying for the four nights directly at the front desk was actually 1200 RMB cheaper than my Ctrip booking. (Neither rate included breakfast. ) Ctrip was truly disappointing

This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris

It brings to mind the saying, 'It's always your own people who deceive you. ' My advice is to buy breakfast directly at the front desk; otherwise, you might be charged more by third parties

Nice hotel close to the Gare de Lyon. Spacious rooms and generous breakfast buffet. A few steps distant to buses/metro to reach almost everywhere in Paris and to the RER red line to reach Disneyland.

I stayed for 5 days right next to Paris Gare de Lyon. You can tell it's an old hotel that's been renovated; the decor is decent. The room was quite spacious, and the cleanliness was also good

We booked for 2 adults and 2 children and first night there were 4 towels, however, 2nd night only provided 2 towels and I have to called them to remind them. On the 4th night, same thing occur again

I was satisfied with both the location and the room. I booked a month in advance for around 1200, and for this size, I think it was pretty good value for money. If you book closer to the date, the price gets much higher

Hotel was clean, small room though. Nice Decorations but the double bed were always going separate ways. A king size bed would be good deal for couples. Nice integration with the hippopotamus steak house

Not enough towels in the bathroom. The ugly Came back one day and housekeeping had not cleared the use glasses. Fruit was not replaced during our stay it just got old and wrinkly like me

You do not need to ask twice or remind the staff of any requests and they do everything with a smile. Room service breakfast is always on time, delicious and done to perfection

Wonderfully located hotel, in the middle of plenty of food options and shopping, as well as directly beside the metro. Rooms are decent size with good amenities.

The room size is reasonable (don't expect large rooms in European hotels), and it has all the necessary amenities. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, which was annoying

Traveling with young toddlers to a new country is no easy feat but the staff here were so kind and compassionate to my youngsters at every opportunity. They also had great amenities on the property

The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream

The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean

The slippers left at turndown are so soft and cozy. The hotels staircase is stunning and I loved walking down it each day. The lobby is very calm and quiet and very contemporary in its decor
