I found out the Eiffel Tower turns white at midnight while watching it sparkle from my bed. The hotel is a bit far from the metro, but it's okay

The front desk staff were very friendly and even chatted with me, asking about my impressions of Paris 🤣

The breakfast buffet was delicious and had plently of healthy choices. The level of luxury and cleanliness was amazing. Forever a Hyatt fan from now on

The room was great and the service was good, but the facilities need to be better managed.

But the absolute best part was definitely the unbeatable Eiffel Tower view from the window! 👍

A wonderful hotel to stay in, a stone throw away from the Eiffel Tower and the underground train network which allows access all over Paris. Super close to a shopping centre too which is great

This hotel is super convenient, located near transport links and a shopping/restaurant area. The staff are really friendly and attentive. Plus, it's a short walk to the Eiffel Tower!

The hotel itself had a delicious continental breakfast available and the room was spacious with a view over looking the river. Staff were wonderful and had decorated the lobby to resemble winter wonderland

There are many delicious specialty restaurants near the hotel, and bakeries and supermarkets are also within easy reach, which is very convenient

Is really close to bus station and metro station and the location is super safe. There are several buses that directly stop to the bus station nearby the hotel with just 5 mins walk max

I like this hotel. Great location surrounding with shopping and dining options. Rooms are comfortable, views are okay, staff are helpful and friendly. Will come back again!

The conference's rooms themselves were perfect, comfy chairs, pads and pens on every desk and even nicer, water (unopened)! Overall, very nice venue, professional staff, perfect for the occasion

Excellent, I really liked it. It's one of the better places I've stayed during my travels – very quiet with great service. They also offer airport pick-up and drop-off, which is a huge plus!

Overall, it was okay, but I had two rather unpleasant experiences: they only provided one set of towels for a double room, and I booked a city-view room, but the window in the top-floor room was tiny with a mediocre view

On top of that, the air conditioning was broken, and I was so cold I couldn't sleep well. I reported it to the front desk, and they said they'd send an engineer, but two hours passed and no one came to fix it

We decided to add an extra room, and Xing Lei at the front desk proactively helped us with the arrangements. She even waived one person's breakfast fee upon checkout, which made us feel very welcome

The front desk service was very warm. We originally booked a suite for three people, but there was no door between the bedroom and the living room, which caused a bit of disturbance

Overall I am satisfied with the hotel for its service an dlocation. The staffs are very friendly and the breakfast indeed is quite good. I think if the bathroom is bigger then it will be much better.

Great value for money. Quiet room, very comfortable large bed, daily cleaning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. Excellent location with restaurants, cafés, and a green area nearby. Highly recommend!

The only negative thing i can say is that the bin in the room was very small and could fit only around 5 things and I could barely fit in the shower

The place was 20-30 minutes away from every big tourist place, which was a nice touch. Lovely room, clean and friendly stuff

We had a room with 2 balconies facing the Eiffel Tower. The nightly view was so serene. the breakfast buffet is amazing any kind of fruits imaginable , pastries to die for , especially the apple 🍎 tart & so much more

The front desk staff member was very warm and polite, and even arranged a room that exceeded my expectations – it was fantastic! The room was clean and tidy, as was the linen

The bed and pillows were also very comfortable. Unfortunately, the toilet flush was hard to press and the water flow wasn't strong enough, and the sink tap also had low water pressure

But these minor issues didn't detract from the overall experience. The handsome front desk staff member at check-out was equally warm and polite

After exploring, I returned to the hotel to pick up my stored luggage, and the bellboy was also very nice, bidding me farewell with a 'take care!' My overall impression is that all the hotel staff treat guests with a wonderful, hospitable attitude, making you feel right at home

The hotel is quite old, but the rooms have all been renovated, so it feels very new and the interior design is beautiful. The famous Café de la Paix is located within the hotel, which is very convenient for guests

We had the best time at this hotel. The view and location were perfect. The food was amazing and the staff were very attentive

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Eiffel Tower, making it super convenient to see the illuminations at night

Not far from the hotel, there's also a spot where 'Inception' was filmed, and the observation deck by the bridge offers fantastic photo opportunities of the Tower – we even saw a wedding photoshoot happening there

The location with the view of Tour Eiffel was so greatttt. Except for I booked the Eiffel Room view but be blocked by construction site steel bars :(

We loved every minute of our family stay. The front desk made a mistake with our room but then quickly changed and compensated which we appreciated. The views fantastic and breakfast in the room was delicious

The room was a bit on the smaller side, but the amenities and service were good overall

Room offer free water, refill as many as you want. Level 1 has a pool, you need to book for your time slot. Overall, I would highly recommend for family vacation

The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant

This is the largest hotel room I've stayed in during a business trip to Paris. Getting around is also convenient, with the Metro Line 14 just a 3-minute walk away

Check in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine

Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination

There are several restaurants around the metro exit, and the three I tried were all excellent choices

The hotel has a great and convenient location, and the tablet-based ordering and room service in the rooms are very convenient and fast. I would definitely choose Peninsula again next time

We have had the most amazing time at the Peninsula in Paris. We were made to feel so welcome by the all staff we encountered. Arvin was the most exceptional waiter in the bar and made us feel so special

My tenure at the iconic Peninsula hotel was in totality -- unparalleled luxury! From the spacious room, attentive concierge team, spa services and gourmet meals, I would choose to stay there, again and again

Facilities: The fridge was broken, and the air conditioning barely worked. The cabinet door was also broken. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient with 5 subway lines right outside.

Our stay was fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful staff! Special praise for Aida at the front desk – her empathy and care were exceptional, especially after our daughter's airport accident (broken lip/tooth)

I later discovered that paying for the four nights directly at the front desk was actually 1200 RMB cheaper than my Ctrip booking. (Neither rate included breakfast. ) Ctrip was truly disappointing

This hotel is very clean and comfortable! The breakfast is the BEST hotel buffet breakfast that I have ever had! I gave the location 4 stars because it is in the Heart of Paris, but honestly in a dirty area - lots of graffiti, garbage and unhoused people (they didnt bother me at all) but it was not as clean as other areas of Paris

It brings to mind the saying, 'It's always your own people who deceive you. ' My advice is to buy breakfast directly at the front desk; otherwise, you might be charged more by third parties

I'd call this hotel's location 'the light of Paris' – it's incredibly convenient, right at the subway station entrance. You can take a direct train to Disneyland and Charles de Gaulle Airport without any transfers

Plus, the nearby Saint-Eustache Church offers evening concerts, which is a fantastic, lesser-known local experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils

The front desk even provides travel tips and tourist information. The only drawback is that the breakfast is a bit simple, offering limited options if you're staying for multiple days

Excellent hotel! It's located near a shopping area and right next to a metro station, making it super convenient to get to the Louvre and Notre Dame!

The surrounding area is bustling with restaurants, shops, and malls. The Louvre, Notre Dame, and Sainte-Chapelle are all within walking distance

The location was perfect for exploring the city, but honestly, it was hard to leave the comfort and beauty of the hotel itself. Breakfast was a dream, and the floral arrangements in the lobby alone are worth a visit

Garry at check-in was particularly lovely asking if he could be my concierge during my stay and even writing a handwritten thank you note when I left. All other hotels take notice that it is indeed possible

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its unbeatable location and excellent management. Being situated right next to the train station made exploring the city incredibly convenient and stress-free

The staff was very friendly helpful with a single exception of an older receptionist lady; she seemed happy to get rid of me by asking to charge extra for bathrobes missing in one of the two rooms I got (useful for the pool as there is no place to leave your clothes)

The room size was decent, enough for two suitcases, and the 1. 5-meter bed was acceptable for two people. The shower water temperature was a bit low, and the pillows and duvet weren't down, so they felt a bit cool

Hotel was clean, small room though. Nice Decorations but the double bed were always going separate ways. A king size bed would be good deal for couples. Nice integration with the hippopotamus steak house

ReMix Hotel’s location is very accessible and just few steps away from train and tram stations. The lobby takes you back in time but also allowing you to appreciate things in the past

The hotel is gorgeous, with red and red ornaments, carved beams and painted buildings. Since my room was not available when I arrived, I was given a free upgrade to a suite that cost more than three times the price

Clean hotel, not far from gare du nord, about 10 mins by taxi. Takes about 30 mins to get to effiel tower from here though in peak times (via taxi) so not an ideal base if you’re going to that area

Very nice service all together, only 1 thing I found little odd is that they charge extra for baggage storage after checkout, which is generally available in other hotels including Travelodge.

Don’t be fooled by the a/c it was ok but if it was hot im not sure it would provide you with any sort of cooling. The location was easy with a few metro stops close by and easy access to Gare de Nord and east

Some hotels in Paris are really unreasonable. We arrived at 12:00, and they still wouldn't check us in. Previously, at our quarantine hotel, Aparthotel, they wouldn't give us a room at 1:30, 2:00, or 2:30

In the afternoon and evening, they offered tea and refreshments in the lobby, which was a great place to sit. There were department stores nearby, so it was more comfortable to come back for coffee than outside

The front desk reception, concierge and butler team is wonderfully kind, and special mention to Gaëtan, Xavier, Melinee, Antoine, Fabio, Rose, Adrian, Florian, Lea, and Elise- all hospitality super-stars and each took wondef care of me and were so lovely

Special thanks to the food and beverage team, especially Mareva, Jesus and Attina in le bar long and Anna and Erik in Matsuhisa- you all made me feel so comfortable, provided exceptional hospitality and palace level service

The food in both the hotel’s Japanese restaurant, bar and in room dining was amazing and I highly recommend dining at Matsuhisa. The desserts are also amazing especially the frozen brioche with bitter almond cream

The hotel’s bathtubs are divine and the clarins toiletries smell heavenly. Room #511 is lovely and spacious. The service from housekeeping was fantastic and the ladies kept my room over my 4-night stay impeccably clean

The slippers left at turndown are so soft and cozy. The hotels staircase is stunning and I loved walking down it each day. The lobby is very calm and quiet and very contemporary in its decor
