I love this hotel so much! The staff there are 5 star, they made me feel so supported and cared for. My father was sick on the vacation and they went above and beyond to support our family to make us feel at home! I loved the dining there, nice food, great drinks, warm environment, beautiful decorations and very magical. Again, the staff there is incredible!!!! Thank you for taking such great care of us. If I return to Paris; I’ll definitely be staying there again.

If I could give less I would. Run down, rude staff- on my last day a male staff member came into my room while I was in the bath, with the do not disturb sign on the door. Truly a horrible, inhospitable excuse for a hotel, in a way only the French could be responsible for.

Our favorite spot on the Left Bank. Perfect location for the Luxembourg Gardens, Ste. Sulpice, the Blvd. Raspail Sunday Street market. Excellent service. Lovely breakfast spot and elegant common seating areas. Yes, the room will be small, but so what?

This is one of my favorite hotels. Everyone who works there is kind and helpful. Food is lovely and the rooms, while small, are well appointed. This was my third time there and won't be my last.

The hotel is superficially nice and it's in a great location. But we booked a king bed and recieved 2 twins loosely pushed together. They were not even secured and we continuously fell through the crack between the beds throughout the night. One of the most uncomfortable hotel sleeping experiences I have ever had. When we said something to the staff in the morning, they said "Sorry, you already paid for the room so there's nothing we can do". When we said something again to another staff member they reluctantly agreed to give a 10 percent discount. The small discount is the reason I am giving 2 stars, and not 1. For a place that's advertised as an incredibly nice posh boutique hotel, and on the pricier side, the accommodation we received was disappointingly sub-par. I would not stay here again when I return to the city. There are many hotels in the city where your money is better spent and where you will get an actual comfortable night's sleep.

A quiet, charming hotel on the Left Bank that was a perfect fit for us. Low stress, well located, cheerful and professional staff without exception. Our DX room faced an ivy covered courtyard which would have been delightful to sit in had it been a bit warmer. Breakfast service looks out on the same courtyard. If you like french baked goods, you'll think you're in heaven. Rather than describe it further I've attached a picture. The water pressure in the shower was terrific, even if one turned on multiple streams. The atmosphere is subdued and quiet so the hotel is probably not the best choice for a large group or families with small children. It is, however, a great choice for empty nesters, of which there were many, both French and American.

Nice hotel with kind and gentle people! Price not cheap but in Paris center what is cheap? If you are looking for a nice location central and very close to a lot of nice places this is the right hotel for you. We enjoyed very much it!!

I found that the classic (cheapest) room to be a good size enough for myself. It was quite clean and well-maintained especially the marble bathroom with wall shower. What I did not like was when a staff member, who was quite friendly to the hilt when I checked in, suddenly become irritated because (his fault) I printed my boarding pass on his invoice. I was not told there was only one printer. Otherwise, the stay was all right. I ordered room service one night, and the meal (quiche and salad) was fresh and tasty. It is a nice hotel, but I do think it can be better in terms of décor in the classic rooms. I find the rates to be too high, but because of its St. Germain des Pres location that is why. I paid 285 euro in 2010 for a Classic room; now it's 315 euro! The larger rooms go for even more. Honestly if given a choice when I return to Paris I will opt for a different St. Germain hotel as there are now many competitors that charge about the same but have more amenities.

This is our first time to Paris travel. We stayed in a great hotel. This home is very warm and comfortable, super nice European style hotel. Can you think of a lovely Paris hotel there,it's all there and more! The hotel staff are super friendly and very helpful to meet your all needs. The classic room was a bit small but also very good,taking into account the most of your time is not to be in the room. They have everything you need. Me to my friends, family and all the cats a great Eagle user highly recommend this home...

Everything about this hotel too like! Location great—away from two subway lines are just across the street from it. The room is small but very inviting, the bathroom has a modern design that is sure to be wall-mounted shower, not hand-held, bed linen quality is very good, the waiter also very enthusiastic. Room rates include local Breakfast, very tasty, sit in the temporary garden next to the cosy dining area.
