The location is incredibly convenient! Seriously, it's super easy to get around from here. It's really close to the Arc de Triomphe, and you can walk pretty much anywhere. There's even a Starbucks just 150 meters away. And the hotel staff were really enthusiastic too!

The hotel room was incredibly small; there was barely any space to walk once my suitcase was open. The breakfast was monotonous, serving the same items every day. While the coffee made by the staff tasted good, the service was extremely slow, and we had to wait a long time. Plus, each person was only allowed one cup, which I've never encountered before.

Very nice hotel in the center of Paris, the breakfast has multiple options, the room are clean and pretty efficient. I liked it.

stayed recently at citizenM on the Champs-Élysées and it was a great experience overall. The location is superb — you’re practically steps away from Champs-Élysées, right in one of Paris’s most iconic areas, and the metro is very close.
The staff are excellent — friendly, attentive, always willing to help.
The design and tech in the hotel are really cool. Rooms have tablet/iPad control for lights, blinds, etc.,
The bed is very comfortable, and the amenities (showers, towels, toiletries) are good quality.
Breakfast is strong, the rooftop bar (CloudM) offers nice views (including some of the Eiffel Tower in the distance) and makes for a great place to unwind in the evening.

Unbeatable location. Small room but has everything you need, things are new and very clean. The hotel decor is very chic and staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing bonus that the room was already available at around 11am when I landed early (despite the check in time being from 2pm onwards)! A very pleasant stay.

I’ve stayed at several CitizenM hotels in different countries, and they’re consistently great. This one is no exception—modern, clean, and close to everything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Rooms are compact (as expected), but perfect for a solo traveler. If you’re not too fussy, it’s excellent value for money with everything you need right at your doorstep.

Location, location, location! Just steps away from the Champs Elysees. Walking distance to lots of activities. An Uber or Bolt ride to much more. The CitizenM crew are fantastic. Many have hotel experience from across Europe. English is spoken. Our room was super. Just like other CitizenM hotels we've visited. We didn't visit the roof top. It does have a great view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast was a morning treat we looked forward to every day. Lattes made to order. An abundance of French cuisine - top quality. On a business or personal trip, this is a great choice for Paris.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of many attractions. The rooms are a bit small, but always modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was great. Always friendly and helpful.

I want to give a special thank you to Daniel. On our last night, my wife’s old ankle injury flared up and became swollen. Daniel kindly brought us a bag of ice to help relieve the pain. His kindness and professionalism made a big difference to our stay.
