A well-located hotel with a nice clean room and a good breakfast. There are many restaurants nearby, the Champs-Élysées, etc. I had a very nice stay!

Facilities: Quite new and well-equipped. The breakfast was really good, especially the bread, and they even offered a packed breakfast to go if you left early.
Hygiene: Reasonably clean, though there were some long hairs on the floor, which was acceptable.
Environment: The room was a bit small, but the location was absolutely superb. The excellent location made up for any other minor issues.
Service: Very warm and attentive.

It was a nice stay. Breakfast was very good. A lot of options and even had some Chinese dimsum and instant noodle. They even prepared a little snack in the afternoon for the guests at lobby.

Overall, I'm quite satisfied. It feels safe, as you need to swipe a card to enter and exit. The croissants for breakfast were delicious.

The hotel location is perfect with perfect Paris view. The lobby is also great for working. My room is quiet and well decorated. The price is also reasonable.

The hotel's location is super convenient. Just a 100-meter walk to the left from the entrance, and you're at the Arc de Triomphe. From there, it's a pleasant ten-minute stroll down the Champs-Élysées to the Jardin des Champs-Élysées. There are plenty of great food options around the hotel, both Western and Chinese, plus some delicious dessert shops. Even though I couldn't get a room with an Arc de Triomphe view from the balcony, the large terrace on the top floor room was still lovely. The hotel breakfast was good too, and the desserts were particularly tasty. The best part, though, was the complimentary laundry service and self-service water dispenser – a real bonus! The daily lobby snack bar: the cookies are delicious 😋

Every time I visit, I stay in this area, and it's truly fantastic – everything is so convenient. I believe this hotel nearby offers the best value for money. The room facilities are relatively new, and the rooms themselves are quite spacious. If you get the chance, room 204 is excellent!
