Almarine Eiffel Hotel & Spa in Paris

Very good location, good rooms for the price, it is not expensive and it has enough to be a decent and comfortable hotel. MOST of the staff is very friendly except the gentleman on the night of Wednesday, November 13, received us very badly. I had never been received like this in a hotel. He was upset that I rang the bell because I didn't realize he was at the reception since he was sitting, and with the reflection of the outside lights it didn't look good and he raised his voice at me scolding me for ringing the door. He spoke to me very badly and I told him that I hadn't seen it but his attitude was quite rude. I hope if you come he doesn't attend to you so you can avoid a bad time.

The bed was comfortable. The issue was the hygiene. There were black socks in the room from the previous guest that the cleaning service did not pick up. There were black straight hairs on the bed, and in the bathroom. The toilet seat had some questionable yellow drops kinda humid on the seat. The ceiling has the Milky Way designed by dead mosquitoes, blood included. They charge 9 euros for a “small breakfast” that has croissants, milk and coffee, no fruits at all nor anything really available for lactose intolerant people as everything is butter/ milk based. The location is ok, the neighbourhood is quite nice and the restaurants around have good quality food for a reasonable price.
