Good value hotel in a quirky neighborhood. The room seemed newly renovated. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was limited, but that`s expected at this low price. The only complaint was some musty odor when entering the room. Once inside, it was barely noticeable anymore.

The hotel is simple, rooms are small, but comfortable, clean. The location (in the middel of the asiatic quarter which was our purpose) is fine, and access to the metro as well.
My only problem was the wifi, which did not work well.

Le monsieur at the reception is so nice. They let us do early check in and let us stay for hours at lobby while waiting for the train to go back. The rooms are clean and quiet. Perfect for a peaceful stay.

If you don't want to go into a very fensy place, this hotel is perfect for you! It has everything you need for and the staff is great! They helped us and were very friendly! The neighboorhood is very nice with lots of restaurants and bars and the metro is few minutes away.

It was fairly good located, near the Chinese neighborhood and well connected to subway stations.
The room was small, like any other place in Paris.
The service was poor and the cleaning did not exist. Bathroom smell bad and had no basic toiletry.

Very very disappointed!!! The room is quite dirty and old. No elevator, we had to walk up and walk down for 6 floors for many times because they gave us the 6th floor without an elevator. There are a lot of insects lying in the lamp, very disgusting. We couldn't sleep all night because there are weird flies sting us, dangerous. I would like to ask the owner to do something about that. Not worth the money I paid.

For a very last minute booking the hotel was exactly as needed, the room was a decent size the bathroom was also, although the shower tiling was a bit grubby. But pleasantly surprised with the price we paid and the accomadation
