Hôtel Haussmann Saint Augustin in Paris

We arrived a bit to early and had a couple of hours to spare for check in so we left our luggage and went for lunch. My husband booked the room through his work and it was surprising to hear that we actually had to pay extra for two people. The room was the same as a single room with a double bed crammed inside. Electrical outlets on one side of the bed only. Coffee and tea were provided in the room (for one person only) luckily we each got a towel:) the carpets were filthy but the ac worked great. The bathroom was small but clean. Every time someone walked in the hall it felt like they walked around in our room. It was easy to keep track of the conversations in the other rooms, especially in the middle of the night when people came back drunk from a late dinner. The staff was snooty but one lady was nice.
