This hotel is ideal for business travelers. It's conveniently located near the metro and train stations and offers great value for money in Paris.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, so we ended up in a deluxe room on the top floor. The room had a sloping roof, making it a bit inconvenient to move around. Okay, that wasn't a problem, but late at night, the neighbor's smoking caused the smoke alarms to go off all over the floor, including ours, and the hotel's response was extremely slow and perfunctory. Not only that, the sewage from the room had a strong stench, which was very noticeable even from our top-floor room. The shower didn't have a separate area, and the water overflowed onto the floor. Overall, the hotel's facilities were quite small, so I wouldn't recommend it; there wasn't anything particularly good about it.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from the Metro Station and a short walk from the Paris Opera. I would definitely choose this hotel again.

The location is great, close to the Chinese restaurants I wanted to eat at and Galeries Lafayette. The problem is the strong sewer odor. I arrived late at night on the first day and smelled a very strong odor as soon as I entered the room. Opening the window ventilated the room, and since I didn't want to bother changing rooms, I left early the next morning and returned very late. The smell was still there, but slightly better than the first day. The room isn't very large; I couldn't fully open a large suitcase. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I mentioned the above problem to the staff when checking out. Hopefully, this will be improved in the future.

I was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. They even served breakfast an hour earlier than usual for me because I was running late for my flight. I really appreciated it. The decor is a bit dated and the room is a bit shabby, but it's not a big deal. It's quiet at night. I recommend it.

Very nice hotel. Super friendly staff, coffee and drinks available whole day at the lobby. Classic room can be a little too small, so need to take note of this. Opposite Hunan restaurant and Chez Papa restaurant is a must eat food.

We were delighted with our stay at Hotel Nabis, great location, with plenty local amenities, the staff were all very friendly, and helpful, the hotel - including room - is decorated to a high standard, kind of art deco (ish), and really comfortable. Breakfast is very good, cooked and continental with plenty of delicious coffee and pastries. Like most Parisian eateries it’s little cosy, if that’s a problem for you eat in the lounge area. An excellent little Italian restaurant across the road - amazing pizzas and deserts - overall we were happy with our stay, especially as we are used to air bnb. No hesitation recommending and would return.

4 star for room as shower hose unstable and tended to overflow if turned up. Also, if window open loud, but very warm when closed - perhaps I’m sensitive!!

This is a lovely hotel and the staff are all 10/10, especially Sonam who was so helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again. 10 minute walk from the moulin rouge was perfect for us.

Maison Nabis is in a terrific location with restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Large and quiet rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff who helped us with a booking error (merci!) Tasty breakfast with good variety. Lovely people.
