I booked this hotel after reading lots of 5 star reviews. My experience was nothing like those reviews. When I checked into my room there was a broken toilet seat that made the toilet to be unusable. So the staff moved me to another room it was tiny, really old and not the cleanest. The ac was also not working. There was also no housekeeping even though it was suppose to be every day during the stay. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Definitely not worth the money that I paid. Also the room that we got was completely blue and it was a bit tough on the eyes.

Im a writer so im picky about hotels. This hotel is quiet, the rooms are beautiful and some rooms have amazing tubs!

Father in law passed away and got to town one day early. They could care less about making the smallest change to the date.
I was willing to go the day before or after and they didn't want to deal with it.

The room was clean, but it didn’t seem up to the standards of a four star hotel. It was quite common, and more in line with a three star.
The breakfast was just OK, and very expensive for the options that were given.
The pillows in the room were all very large, and very hard. Usually four star hotels have different types of pillows to choose from, but even the extra ones provided in the room were the same firmness. It made sleeping very difficult.
