Victor Hugo - Studio - Paris 16 in Paris

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victor Hugo. My room was comfortable and, by Parisian standards, pleasantly spacious. Everything was clean, quiet and thoughtfully arranged, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. One of the highlights was its unique location. Right next to the Reservoirs de Passy, the large water reservoir, that supplies Paris‘s fountains and parks. The staff were exceptionally kind.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victor Hugo Kleber. From the moment we checked in, the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. We initially had a small issue with our door lock, but Paola at the front desk was amazing — she immediately offered us an upgrade and made the whole process seamless. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly set the tone for our stay.

The hotel’s location is excellent, with plenty of boulangeries, cafés, and restaurants just steps away, making it easy to enjoy the local atmosphere. The upgraded room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we really appreciated the attention to detail.

Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone visiting the area, and we can’t thank Paola enough for her outstanding service. Highly recommended!

Great location, with metro stations very close by. There are plenty of good restaurants near the hotel and lots of breakfast options if you choose to include it with your room. The room was nice, but the view wasn’t great. I guess that’s because I booked a last-minute offer. Not all rooms can have a good view anyway. Overall, the room was perfect, the AC worked well, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I’m ever in Paris.

Very good location, walking distance to Eiffel tower, modern art museum and to other attractions etc. There are few different metro stations within walking distance. Very clean hotel and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is average as not many gluten free options and also same stuff everyday which gets boring after few days. Overall very good stay. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Premium hotel with modern but elegant décor. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating of English speakers. Was offered a free prestige room upgrade upon arrival, which came with a nice view from the balcony. Breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, from cold meats and pastries to bacon and eggs. Location is excellent, only a short stroll from the nearest Metro and the Arc de Triomphe. Only complaint is that room air conditioning is not available all year round, but electric fans are available upon request.

The entire hotel, Florian, Karim & Marcel and staff exhibited a level of competence and dedication that is rare to find. Every interaction, from housekeeping to dining services, was marked by a genuine desire to enhance the guest experience. Thank you ❤️

This is a great hotel in a great location. Staff are polite and very friendly, and speak excellent English. The lobby is well decorated and clean, and so are the toilets they have downstairs. You can have breakfast each day for €20, but we didn't choose to have it. There is a little eating area and bar as well. There are two lifts, one is a bit bigger but we only used the smaller one. There are also stairs. The landings are quite narrow and give a home-feel, but it's not difficult to navigate. We were on the 8th floor and had a lovely view outside. Unfortunately we were the wrong side to see the Eiffel Tower! I assume the top floor is a roof conversion because there are some sloping ceilings so just watch out if very tall. The heating is good, you can turn off the radiators if too warm. Bathroom was clean, great water strength. We had air con in the room which is great but unfortunately ours didn't work, although in winter that's okay! The TV is nice and has a lot of channels, a couple in English. The remote doesn't work very well but might have been just our room. The bed was comfortable and big, spare pillows in the cupboard. There is a steam room on site apparently and they ask if you let them know 30 mins in advance if you want to use it. The location is superb, if you turn right out of the hotel and go straight down, you're on a main road. Turn left and follow it to the top, you pass some metro lines and also you reach the Arc De Triomphe. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, either the guests were quiet or the rooms are very sound proofed! I would stay here again, for such a great location and an easy stay. Plus, it's away from the hustle and bustle of some other areas.

The hotel was in a great location and had good access to metro stations, which was extremely useful. The building itself was clean and had very nice decor. Our room had everything we needed, but the real highlight of the whole place is the staff!

They were extremely welcoming, held our bags for us whilst we explored the city before check in and after we checked out. They told us that the guest who had been in our room before us had been smoking in there, so they did not want to give it to us, and upgraded us instead!! Our room was so beautiful with a stunning balcony and large beds.

Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again if I come back to Paris!!

A Hidden Gem in Paris – Hotel Victor Hugo Kepler

Everything about it was perfect—the location, the beautiful decor, the charming building, and most importantly, the staff.

In a city where good service can sometimes be hard to find, the team here was by far the friendliest and most helpful I’ve ever encountered in Paris. They went above and beyond to assist us with all our questions and made our stay incredibly special.

Even though we were only here for a short time, we were completely spoiled and felt truly welcomed in this stunning city. From now on, this will be my go-to hotel in Paris.

Highly recommend! Can’t wait to come back.
