We stayed here for 4 nights for our honeymoon. As it was our first trip to Europe, we were a bit nervous, but this amazing accommodation really helped us relax and enjoy our journey. The location is super convenient, so getting around was a breeze. The front desk staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly, and the room was excellent. Looking back at our trip, this hotel definitely stands out the most. We'll definitely visit again! It was a wonderful trip.

1. Housekeeper had no manners at all. She simply opened the door immediately after knocking 2x. What if I was nude??? Lucky I wasn’t nude. Instead of apologising, she said oh and left. Disappointing.

2. Lights in the room did not work. I called and notified the front desk and they sent a technician to the room to verify. After confirming that the lights were not working, they changed the room.

3. Hotel was stingy on the coffee / tea supplies. They were not refilled daily although we used them. Disappointing.

4. When we returned to hotel late on the last night before check out, the entrance was locked. We were out in the cold for 15 minutes ringing the bell before the front desk guy came over to open the door. Why did they have to lock the hotel guests out??? Why is there no one at the front desk for at least 15 minutes??? And why was there no apology??? Again the guy simply said “oh” without any apology.

5. We were told the coffee machine was complementary for use during non breakfast hours. But when we used it after breakfast hours, the kitchen helper was showing face as if we were stealing her family’s belongings. Haha take a chill pill and do your work.

It really seems these hotel staff received little or no training before they were assigned their jobs. Or maybe they weren’t paid well enough.

For us who travel a lot, service matters. You would imagine such type of services from the 1 star hotel from 3rd world countries and not from a hotel in Paris which prides itself as 4 stars or similar.

No USB slots available for phone charging.

For the above reasons, we will not come back to this hotel nor recommend anyone to this hotel (unless poor service is ok for you).

Very good hygiene environment, room is bright and big, just near the underground entrance so the traffic is also convenient. Near the Tower but not too loud.

Perfect Stay! Lots of Restaurants can be found by walking distance, MCD is Just opposite & starbucks is Just next to the hotel

Am from Singapore. Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, walkable to photo spot for Eiffel tower, metro station right across the street, accessible to supermarkets nearby and food options around (incl Macs) with some open till late. Importantly the service at hotel was awesome, reception staff were very friendly and polite and made sure we got all we need. Cosy room but very clean and neat, kettle avail. Coffee and hot drinks were made available 24h too at level 1. Hope they keep it up!
