The hotel has a great location, very conveniently within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. You can see the tower from the window, and enjoy the sunrise and the nighttime illuminations. The front desk staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast is also good, and they even have homemade cookies for Christmas. I chose Inwood because it's a chain hotel, which I felt was safe. I would definitely stay there again if I come to Paris.

The hotel is under maintenance so no lift but thats okay. Room is quite spacious and we could see Eiffel Tower from the balcony. However there was someone playing loud music in the middle of the night at 3 or 4am.. This is quite strange

- The hotel needs renovation. It’s VERY old in every detail starting from the entrance door. Elevator was out of service, so we used stairs that were old and dirty. All furniture and pillows with blankets were clean but also very old. Quite renovated was bathroom. No wish to come back

+ The location is nice. The Eiffel Tower is just short stroll from the hotel. There was great view from the window foreseeing the road and local houses- The hotel needs renovation. This was our first stay during an 11 day trip through France, and what a great hotel! Our rooms were ready early, and very luxurious. High end appointments, and attention to detail. The bathrooms in particular are really nice. We had 5 people in our party, so we needed three rooms which they thoughtfully put in close proximity to one another. Excellent service & a very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was just what we needed in the morning, and it turns into the bar in the evening. Very conveniently located, but on a nice quiet street. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

The hotel was clean, had a beautiful ambience with attention to detail when i arrived. The staff were friendly and courteous. The only reason I didn’t give 5stars was because it was hot in the room for 3 nights and a bit uncomfortable. However this was resolved by the last night stay.

Not a bad price for the location. Easy walking distance from several sites. Lots of good eating, parks for kids, and short walk for pets. Service was very helpful and nice. Overall a good experience.

I was given a room on the third floor, with a view of the Eiffel Tower. The hotel's location is excellent, and with the heat in Paris these days, air conditioning is crucial. I wasn't satisfied with the cleanliness; the washbasin wasn't cleaned properly. The housekeeping staff threw away my used soap for some reason, and I was surprised it wasn't the same soap I brought. The minibar was refilled daily only after I asked Ctrip. Overall, the service was average. Ctrip was very good and proactive in communication.

Our room was amazing!!! we had the King Suite and so much space, the bathroom was very well appointed! My wife loved the large tub! The room was super clean and nice. Front desk was staffed with some very nice and helpful people. Did not participate in the breakfast offering but looked nice. The bar and drinks were good. We were a little nervous when we pulled up late for our arrival as the outside and lobby did not present as well as we thought it would, but by time we got to the room the service and the room made up for all of that. I would stay here again as it is a great location just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower and easy walk to restaurants.
