I was a solo traveller, the room was small but the bed very comfortable.
Everything was very clean and possibly been renovated fairly recently.
I was on the 6th floor, it was very quiet.
The bathroom was nice, large lovely shower, but the only negative was a strong smell of drains in the bathroom.
I did not report it until my check out as I was hardly in the room (my fault).
The staff were pleasant, helpful and the hotel small but quaint.
The location is great for cafes and restaurants and the train station is nearby.
I would recommend to solo travellers in particular.

The hotel is under construction. Without any disclaimer at the website when I book. They also put me in the construction floor even after I ask for change room. I am very disappointed about the stay and I would like to ask for refund.

Overall, this stay was quite good. The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from the subway. Check-in was efficient and the staff were friendly; they promptly helped resolve any issues. The room was spacious enough, clean, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. The soundproofing was generally acceptable; I wasn't significantly disturbed at night. Overall, it was good value for money, and I would probably consider staying here again if I were in this area again.

The 14th arrondissement is quite safe. The breakfast was good, and there are many restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities are basic; the rooms are small but clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it's decent, nothing special.

For hotels in Paris, you can't be too picky. This hotel would be considered a three- to four-star hotel in China.

First of all, the hotel's location—as a seasoned traveler, I rate it highly! It's located near Montparnasse Boulevard, meaning all major transportation lines, including the metro and buses, are nearby. The hotel itself is clean and compact. The breakfast is excellent, with not just a croissant, but a wide selection of cheeses, eggs, and prosciutto. There's a luggage storage room. From Charles de Gaulle Airport, it's easy to get there by RER to Port Royal station, and then it's a 13-15-minute walk along a wide boulevard to the hotel.

A small but charming hotel, completely exceeding my expectations. The location is also great; except for being a bit far from the Eiffel Tower (it's a long walk to the subway station near the tower), it's convenient for getting around.

Cleanliness: Excellent. During my five-night stay, staff cleaned my room and changed towels daily; it was very clean.

Service: Excellent. The staff were friendly and smiling, and greeted me whenever we bumped into them.

Overall, I highly recommend staying here.

The location is so great, many resturant in the same street, and different stations near by, which help us easily access to most tourist destinations.
The room is good, very clean and spacious, there re all the things you need for stay.
