Great location and very clean hotel.

Great location but terrible staff. Cappuccino arrived cold, used towels were taken but not replaced, sane with bathrobes, trash not changed every day…

The property is located at the heart of Saint Germaine. It's beautifully designed and the personnel are very helpful and friendly.

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.

Great location
Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is very nice / well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)

The room was as small as ever, especially compared to similarly priced hotels in Switzerland. Parisian hotels offer little in the way of service, unless you're a celebrity or staying in a super-five-star hotel.
Luckily, I was only staying one night before flying from Paris to Stockholm.
But I was also surprised to discover that the taxi to the airport that the hotel front desk booked for me was a fixed price of 85 euros. On my return to Paris after the pandemic, I mistakenly thought prices had risen so much. Returning to Paris from Stockholm, I inquired and learned that the taxi fare from the Left Bank to Charles de Gaulle Airport is a fixed price of 75 euros. Was this a mistake by the hotel, or was the driver a partner of theirs?

Superb location, excellent service, and a beautifully designed hotel. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in Paris.

The hotel room is very small, the buffet is very average, and it costs 25 euros, which is not worth it

It was a city view, the room was clean, and
it was a little small, but it was good.
The bathroom and makeup room were especially good, and everything was good,
but the shower room had a completely transparent door, so it was good for couples to use.
Overall, the location was good, they were friendly, and I would visit again.
