Hôtel Artus in Paris

I loved the location. Close to several metro stops and the RER. So many cafes in a 5 minute walk radius. Safe! My only complaint was that there was no fridge in the room.

Great location
Great location, friendly staff and the hotel is very nice / well maintained. Rooms are on the smaller side, I had a hard time finding room to open up my luggage as the floor space was so limited, but everything else was great. They also have a filtered water and coffee station in the lobby which was very useful :)

Superb location, excellent service, and a beautifully designed hotel. I'll definitely stay here again when I'm next in Paris.

It was a city view, the room was clean, and
it was a little small, but it was good.
The bathroom and makeup room were especially good, and everything was good,
but the shower room had a completely transparent door, so it was good for couples to use.

Overall, the location was good, they were friendly, and I would visit again.

The location is very convenient, the room is small but the decoration is stylish

From the moment we arrived, the staff was very friendly. We even got upgraded to a bigger room as ours had a slight odor and the shower was not flowing properly. It was late night and we were still attended to with care...great service.
The location was safe and a close enough walking distance to most of the activities that we wanted to see.
The decor was very cute for this boutique hotel. The breakfast was good with many choices. I would choose this hotel for future visits.

Stayed for 3 nights in the privilege room, very good service at the desk and willing to make accommodations. The room was immaculate and cleaned well on a daily basis. Nice touches in our room were the exfoliating hand wash and small wafer chocolates supied daily. There was also a coffee machine with a box of selections to use with thr machine. Good sound proofing with the windows and blocks out any little noise there was from the street. Bed we had I believe was a super king size and firm but supportive. Highly recommend this hotel and it's central location with good access to nearby transport.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.


First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.

Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.

Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.

I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)
