Good location in Opera district but you are left cleaning your own room, unless you want to pay a fee and you have to take your dirty towels to the fri t desk to get clean ones. Small things like this would have given my rating a 5.

We stayed 2 nights (superior room) on 13 and 14 April 2017.

Overall: 4/5 – Nice, quiet hotel in the relatively safe 2nd arrondissement of Paris (mainly high-end shopping area and restaurants/pubs).

Cleanliness: 5/5 – Very clean room, kitchen area, WC and bathroom! Well done!

Accessibility: 4/5 – 2 minutes’ walk from Richelieu-Drouot Metro station and 8 minutes’ walk from Chaussée d'Antin La Fayette Metro station, 20minutes’ walk to Louvre Museum. 10 minutes’ walk from Haussmann galeries Lafayette

Comfort: 4.5/5 – Spacious room, modern and chic décor, strong WiFi, large flat-screen TV, large WC/bathroom area, plenty of storage/hanging area, well-equipped kitchen, elevators serve every floor.

Food: - no comment as we did not buy their breakfast option.

Hospitality: 3.5 /5 – English-speaking staff are friendly and helpful. However, their IT system was down when we checked out, so there was a queue and delay. Check-out time should be 12 PM (more in line with global practice), instead of 11 AM.

Ambience: 4/5 – Modern, chic décor in both room and reception area. Overall, slightly better than Citadines Munich.

Nice and central location.. It has a kichenette. The staff were helpful. We had agreed a late check-out 14:00 but it seems they forgot about it and tried to push us out from 12:00 then provided multiple reminders that 14:00 was approaching.
bathrooms is reasonable size but shower water pressure is low.
