Hotel Impérial Paris in Paris

It was nice untill we decided we will go to our friend, but we accidentally knocked on the wrong door and someone from the door came and did a scary sound. We ran upstairs and then the receptionist came upstairs yelling at us and screaming that i'm crazy and he will call the police he was also almost touching us he was so close i would NOT recommend if you wanna go to another room to visit your friend. That was my experience but the man that was doing this all was wearing glasses, had grey hair, old and small.

Very unpleasant experience – not recommended

My girlfriend had originally booked a different hotel, but for some reason we were placed at Hotel Imperial Paris. On the second night, we came back to the hotel only to find two men waiting for us in the lobby – the owner and the concierge. They claimed we had to pay for the room, even though the full amount had already been charged to the credit card two days earlier.

They had blocked our key cards, so we couldn’t even access our belongings. The whole situation felt incredibly uncomfortable and borderline threatening. This was something that should have been settled between the two hotels, not taken out on us as guests.

This is absolutely not how you treat people staying at your hotel. I’m glad I didn’t give in and pay again, because I would’ve ended up paying double. Unprofessional, not guest-friendly, and definitely not a place I would recommend.
