The view of the tour d’Eiffel from room 501- C'était magnifique. The cleaning staff was on top of things as well. The front desk staff was not overly friendly or helpful at check in. Rooms have lots of quirks that Americans and other travelers may not be used to/ your room key is slotted into the wall to activate the lights- would have been nice to know. They were painting the hallway during our entire stay- painters were friendly and generous about all of the luggage and movement- it a heads up would have been nice. They also over charged us. Working on that issue as well.
The location is very convenient with shopping, food, and metro close by.

It's a transportation hub, so it's great for going to major tourist attractions. Both the rooms and bathrooms are clean. The breakfast is great and the staff are all friendly. I definitely want to use it next time I come to Paris.

I made a good reservation for a room with a good view of the Eiffel Tower. It's the best. It's the best value for money. The room was in better condition than I thought, and that's right.

Rough towel, leftover food in the mini bar, cold reception, luggage in the entrance, during our 2nd night it was too cold, the positive points of the hotel are the breakfast, the location which is close of the Eiffel Tower and there seen from the room where you can see the tip of the Eiffel Tower.
