Worst hotel experience ever.
We booked a stay at Hotel de Fleurie but last minute they transferred us to this hotel. We had a horrible stay, and the new "renovations and 3-star rating" they promised did not show. We checked in and received a key for the wrong style room (2 twin beds). Then we received a different room and when we got to the floor, the door was physically open. One of the pillows was thrown on the bed without a pillow case, and the room smelt bad. I went back to the front desk to inform her and she said the room was clean and gave us a pillow case. There was hair on the other pillow as well as hair in the toilet. The sink in the bathroom never ran cold water and was half plugged. Throughout this process the worker at the front desk was untrusting and insulting. I asked for the room to be cleaned and they never did once during our stay. The only "towels" in the room were small bath mats and they shed like crazy. The metro ran under this hotel and it was extremely loud all throughout the night. The room also had no amenities like hair dryer, fridge, coffee, etc.
