Hôtel Des Academies Et Des Arts - Paris 6 in Paris

My wife and I had an absolute lovely time staying at Hotel des Academies et des Arts. It was my first time in Paris but my wife's third, yet, our stay at the hotel made our trip together so much more convenient, easy, and memorable. The staff couldn't have been any nicer, accommodating, and hospitable; Lami at the front desk greeted us warmly when we arrived and was a pleasure to talk to before we ventured out into the city each day. We asked him for advice on travel around the city, and was overall an incredible host to us upon waking up and returning from a night out. He also scheduled us a taxi for the airport to arrive early int the morning when we had to go home.The hotel has a great artsy aesthetic with warm colors and woods in the lobby and the location in Saint Germain is everything you could want. If you're looking for a place that is ritzy and 'high-class', this is not the hotel for you, and I mean that in the best way. Hotel Academie the perfect balance of bohemian warmth, cohesion, comfort, with boutique hotel features that allow the staff to cater the experience to you due to the smaller volume of rooms.

We largely walked everywhere in the neighborhood thanks to the location, and grabbing a bite to eat was never an issue because everything was at our doorstep. It's easy to feel like a local staying here. Breakfast was simple but a delight in the morning and just enough to get us going. Make this your next stay during your visit. I know we will.

Rooms were very European, small and quaint. Exactly what you would want to feel the Parisian vibe. Service was great with wonderful breakfast with coffees and attentive front desk staff. The location was perfect for walking to many historic sites, great cafes, and wonderful shopping. I highly reccomend if you want a true Parisian experience.

I had a wonderful stay at Hôtel des Académies et des Arts as a solo traveler. The room is compact, which is typical for Parisian hotels, but it was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed. The location is excellent—set in a charming neighborhood with plenty of coffee shop, bakeries, and restaurants just a short walk away. It's also very close to public transportation, making it easy to explore all of Paris. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for solo travelers looking for a cozy stay in a great area. Plus the STAFFS were extreamly helpful :)

What a wonderful two nights in this fabulous,quirky hotel. Loved the arty vibe. Staff were so nice and particularly generous to upgrade us to a wheelchair accessible room when I broke my ankle. Thank you for your kindness.

Fantastic home base for exploring Paris- would stay again. Great walkability for Luxembourg Garden, the 6th, and Latin Quarter. Location at the top of Montparnasse makes for easy Metro and train access, as well as having all of the shops and cafes you could need just down the street.

Staff was so kind and helpful- excellent hospitality. They even helped facilitate a laundry pickup/dropoff through a third-party, which was much appreciated.

I was concerned the Superior Room might be too small but it was actually perfect for me as a solo. I didn’t get a room with a fresco, but it was very comfortable, with a beautiful view of the street, and fantastic water pressure in the shower. Loved being able to open the big windows and let the fresh air in!

A good hotel in the sixth arrondissement. Friendly staff, modest but tasty breakfast buffet. Cleaning: they make the bed linen and change the towels (if you ask), but they don't dust.

What an incredible, friendly and kind staff. I was welcomed in the warmest way possible and it immediately made me relax and feel safe. Very charming and calm, beautifully decorated, and great location. Thank you for making my birthday extra special.

The rooms are great. The surrounding area is safe, but a little small.

Super Sweet Hotel. We have stayed here multiple times already. Breakfast is always super fresh and has everything we needed and wanted. Also very friendly staff. We like that it’s a small place. Nice location close to jardin du Luxembourg.

·The Latin Quarter is in a safe location with a supermarket nearby.
·If you want to visit Marais, Arc de Triomphe or Louvre, it may be a little far away. It is close to Luxembourg Gardens. It is also convenient to go to the Pantheon.
·There are many restaurants near the hotel and they are all famous century-old restaurants.
·The hotel room is average. The service is very good! The breakfast is average, but it is recommended to have breakfast in the hotel in Paris. It is more cost-effective to have two cups of coffee and two croissants outside.
·The windows of the renovated hotel are relatively thin and feel that it will be cold in winter.
·Overall, it is okay. The room rate we booked is cheap and cost-effective.
