I really liked the hotel; the staff was fantastic, very friendly and helpful! The location is great. It's not right in the center, but there's a metro stop nearby. The neighborhood is great; it's not scary at night. Chinatown is nearby, and they have delicious Chinese food there!

Highly recommend! It's a very unique boutique hotel located in the 13th arrondissement, very close to Place d'Italie, within walking distance. The room's decor is so vintage, and it was very comfortable. The toiletries were also very nice, the room was spacious enough, and the bed was very comfortable. I'm thinking of staying here again next time I'm in Paris. I was unexpectedly satisfied! And no deposit is required.

Overall is good with the price paid, just that personally I do not quite like the lighting, is abit too dim for me. The staffs are friendly and helpful, felt warmth. 😊 The location is good, convenient as it is near to the metro, eatery and even shopping place within the area..

Extremely friendly staff, welcomed upon our arrival, felt like coming home. The rooms were clean and quaint, with great access to the subways, and some really good local eateries. Breakfasts were ample and fresh, we had a midday lunch with a freshly made quiche, very yummy along with a salad which was perfect. Look forward to our next visit!

We stayed for a week. We felt welcome since the moment we arrived and during our stay.
Size of our room was comparable to other hotels in Paris. Our room was well maintained and the cleaning service was very good.
Our room did not have a mini-bar.
Relative to location, it is not close to main tourist attractions but the area is nice. There are multiple restaurants and Boulangeries. Metro station "Place de Italy" is a couple of blocks away.
A/C worked very well.
We had an alarm one day, and some noises in the middle of the night (like trash cans being collected), but other than that it was quiet.

We stayed at the hotel end of July and loved it. The staff were wonderful - very attentive and welcoming. The location was great - easy access to train stations and food/shops. The area was quiet which was nice and felt safe. Would recommend
