This was a really nice hotel in a great area with dining, shopping and easy walk ability to sites and public transportation. We had three rooms and two were in the back on a little terrace area. Made for a quiet and restful sleep. The rooms are cold though, the AC temp cannot be altered and it was either on and freezing or off and stuffy. We were able to eat most meals right in that area and had an easy walk to the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was also very good. Sone of the front desk workers could be a little more polite, but we didn’t let that bring us down. Would recommend this hotel for a nice stay.

We basically picked this hotel because of the pictures and proximity to the Eiffel Tower. It is a small boutique hotel, and the room was very nice. As mentioned in another post, the AC temp could not be altered. No matter, as I am very hot-natured. We were on the second floor (one in France?) and there did not seem to be an elevator that accessed our floor. The front desk gentleman said it would go to second floor and then would have to take stairs down to our room. He was very nice to take our bags to room, but on departure the front desk person wouldn't help with our bags. I didn't begrudge him since it is a small place with no bellman. T
he location is perfect! There were lots of shops and brasseries around to visit, and very close to Eiffel Tower. I never felt unsafe in this area. It seems really nice and upscale. We did not partake in the breakfast as we had an early flight. We would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect. Since I was traveling alone, I wanted to stay near the Eiffel Tower and see the Eiffel Tower to my heart's content. Since there were single rooms available, the price was reasonable, and Champs-de-Mars was literally just 5 minutes away. On my last night, I was packing, so I felt a little uneasy, so I put on my pajamas and slippers and went out to see the White Eiffel Tower. It's within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. For solo travelers, I highly recommend this place!!

after seeing so much reviews on how small the rooms and the space are, we kept our expectations to the minimal as it is so close to the eiffel tower. But the rooms are great! you got everything in the rooms, everything was clean, street was quiet at night, service was warm and friendly. i would def return here in my next visit, wait for me!!!

What a fabulous location. What the hotel lacks in size they more than quadrouple in service! The front desk was always available to help with getting taxis, providing advice for sites in the city. A very friendly staff with a lovely breakfast area. The rooms are intimate, beds very comfortable, and the showers are nice and hot. I would stay here again. The location was superb. Les than 2 miles from the Eiffel Tower and the neighborhood is quiet, clean and friendly. The restaurant selectión is divine! Step down the street 30 places and enjoy excepcional service and a delicious meal or spirits at Cafe Caillou ask for Jimmy (he's amazing).

Stayed for 5 nights with my family and the hotel was excellent overall. The front desk clerks were helpful, friendly, and spoke English clearly. I had forgotten to bring a power outlet adapter and they lent me one free of charge.
The room was small, but which is typical for the area and was clearly stated on the website, but the layout makes good use of the space. The room was clean and updated.
Finally, the area is convenient walking distance to the Eiffel Tower, Military Museum, Seine River tours, and several cafes and bakeries that seem to be frequented by both locals and tourists. It is also close to public transit which was easy to use to get to the other major tour sites.

Stayed here for 4 nigths and location is amazing and.ost importantly I liked the hotel a lot. A lot of the complains are because rooms and hotel are small it that's what I expect for hotels in Europe very close.to the city.
