Service was excellent as to be expected. We just stopped in for some hot chocolate and the three of us shared a light salad. Perfect ! Next in Paris. France is always been a destination for most travelers at some time in their lives. And of course PARIS has been the the focal point over the years and still continues to impress. The hotel is situated ideally in the center of the eighth.

We stayed in Apartment No. 603 with our 3.5-year-old child.
While the hotel itself has potential, the housekeeping practices are completely unacceptable and raise serious health and safety concerns.
Despite clearly instructing housekeeping to clean the apartment at 8:00 PM and activating the official “clean room” request, we returned at 10:00 PM to find a cleaner still inside the bathroom, spraying extremely aggressive chemical agents. The fumes were so strong that breathing was difficult.
The entire apartment was filled with a strong acidic odor, forcing us to ventilate for over an hour. Our child was unable to shower due to the hazardous air quality.
Conducting such chemical cleaning late at night in an occupied family apartment shows a complete disregard for guest safety and basic operational standards.
This incident ruined our evening and significantly compromised our entire stay. Our overall rating is 1.

I never leave reviews. I’ve always felt uncomfortable judging someone else’s work from the outside. But the level of rudeness I encountered here made it unavoidable to speak up.
Extremely disappointing experience. I came in to book a night and spa access and was met by a butler named TATIANA who was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. This is not the level of service one expects in such an establishment.

The room design was mediocre. All non-alcoholic soft drinks in the room were chargeable. The pool and shower areas were unsanitary and smelly. I was very disappointed with the breakfast; it was one of the worst I've had among similar hotels. The main problem was the lack of service awareness among the restaurant staff. They would attend to new guests before I had even finished explaining what I was ordering, which was incomprehensible. I probably won't stay at this hotel again.

A modern 5-star hotel is indeed like a presidential palace worthy of their reputation. The service of all staff is very intimate with each other, customer satisfaction is number 1 in this hotel, the rooms are large, luxurious and clean, the swimming pool is also clean, the food is also delicious.

I wasn't staying at the hotel, just popped into the lounge bar for a drink tonight. I didn't actually know it had only recently opened (I've been to the London one a couple of times). Overall, very friendly and professional service with a smile from the moment you walk in to the service at the bar. The overall decor is breathtaking (my decor style, exactly), elegant without being overbearing, cosy and modern. I had a hard time deciding between a cocktail or wine, so I ordered the latter. The atmosphere, music, staff and ambience are all top notch. I would highly recommend for a lazy Sunday drink (or any day of the week, really).

My stay at the Bulgari Hotel in Paris was nothing short of spectacular. I genuinely believe it's the best hotel I've experienced in Europe. The service and staff are absolutely phenomenal—attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The hotel itself is pure luxury, with beautifully designed interiors that exude elegance and comfort.
The food was fantastic as well, offering a culinary experience that matches the rest of the hotel’s high standards. There’s truly nothing to criticize. If you're visiting Paris and your budget allows, this is the only place to stay. It’s worth every penny.
