I really liked the decor, and the room's sound system was fantastic. It's especially rare to find such a new hotel in the Montmartre and Champs-Élysées area. The suite was quite spacious, and the view from the balcony was nice. However, the service was lacking. There was no concierge to help with luggage during check-in and check-out, and unlike other hotels I stayed at during the same period, the LXR and MO offered a brief room tour explaining the room's facilities. Most importantly, they didn't even provide toiletries. Luckily, I brought my own; otherwise, without 7-Eleven in Paris at night, I wouldn't know where to get a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location, beautiful spa with a pool, modern hotel. Very good breakfasts. In winter, during periods of extreme cold, the temperature in the rooms struggles to rise.

I was temporarily upgraded to a suite, and I can see the Eiffel Tower from the balcony🥺

We stayed there second time with my kids and absolutely loved this hotel. This hotel is in a perfect location, service was excellent and the rooms were fantastic. Their concierge was so helpful many times making reservations at restaurants during the busy fashion week. We will definitely come back!
