The valet service is top tier. The hostess at the front desk an 😇.
If you are looking for great food or chill time in a fantastic environment filed of luxury and peace this is the place. Top tier.
Housekeeping and turndown service is great. The pool and spa make you feel instantly relaxed and although it’s been open for several years it feels likes it’s just opened because they keep it so well maintained and super clean - e.g the lifeguard cleans the floor after each guest walks on it or uses the shower.
Feels like a haven from the busy streets of Paris. We will of course be back.
The good
Great location, polite staff, feels safe. Lovely room. Good size bathrooms. Comfortable lounges.
The bad
Room service was super expensive and the food was so so.
Not enough towels in the bathroom.
The ugly
Came back one day and housekeeping had not cleared the use glasses.
Fruit was not replaced during our stay it just got old and wrinkly like me.
We had a complimentary bottle of rose we did not drink, would have preferred more mineral water.
The a/c unit was super loud, like an A380 on the runway.
No small personal speaker to listen to my music, most top end hotels have these now.
Electric outlets were only French, not enough options.
Before checking in, I emailed the hotel to confirm the city tax we needed to pay.
The hotel collects a deposit upon check-in; if it's not used, it will be refunded to your card upon check-out.
