Cleanliness: Decent.

The location is truly excellent. The room had no air conditioning.

Service: Front desk service was okay, but there's no wheelchair service.

Breakfast was a bit simple, but that's typical in Europe.

Facilities: The facilities are old, but the location is really great.

The room was tiny, didn't even have a kettle or a hairdryer, so the amenities were really lacking. Plus, the soundproofing was pretty bad.

Stayed for 1 night over the weekend. The location of the hotel is good. Near to the metro station. The service of the staff are good as well. The downside is the breakfast is really very simple, not much selection. There are no amenities such as tooth brush,water, kettle or even hair dryer given.

Great stay at Qbic Hotel WTC Amsterdam. Excellent location with direct public transport connections and easy access to the airport and city center. The room was compact but very clean, quiet, and well designed. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom, and smooth check-in. Friendly and professional staff. Very good value for money. Would stay again.

The room's location is superb, within walking distance to all the attractions. The room itself isn't huge but the heating worked well, making it very cozy. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating; we arrived in the morning and they let us check in straight away, which was a huge plus! The only downsides were that the bed creaked a lot, and the soundproofing wasn't great – I could hear the person next door snoring. However, given the excellent location and value for money, these weren't major issues. Overall, for the price, it was a good stay!

If you need a place to crash for a couple of nights that's your choice, but I wouldn't stay there for longer -- it's not exactly cozy or squeaky clean. Still better than a hostel though.

Room was very small but clean, needs more pillows on the beds though. Bathroom tiny im 5ft an sat on toilet my knees were touching the wall so good luck if your taller.. location is decent plenty of food places, shops an nightlife is quite vibrant, but as for tourist places be prepared to walk or taxi. Our room felt like the walls were 2mm thick could hear when anyone else went to toilet, the bars outside the hotel are open pretty late the music stopped around 2am I think.
Overall I think what I paid was way too much but I guess thats just paris.

The hotel was very nice, and the room was exceptionally clean. The location was excellent. The only drawbacks were that the bed sagged on one side and that there was no charger next to the bed. However, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely choose this hotel again.
