OKKO Hotels Paris Porte de Versailles in Paris

This hotel used to be good, but now it’s a disaster. We booked 16 rooms for an event in Paris (at Port de Versailles), and 5 of them had issues right upon check-in (30% of our reservation!):
- 2 rooms were already occupied when guests entered (!!)
- 1 room was unclean
- 2 "cleaned" rooms still had trash in the bathroom and bedroom

Then came the sleeping nightmare. The heating was at maximum, with room temperatures exceeding 30°C. There was no air conditioning available, and most rooms had no windows or ventilation. When we asked the front desk, the receptionist simply said, “Madame, it’s winter! No AC.” More than 10 guests complained, but nothing was done.

To make matters worse, the bedsheets were rough, wrinkled, and made of thick, low-quality fabric, making sleep even more uncomfortable.

Breakfast looked good in theory, but in practice, everything was missing: no yogurt in the yogurt machine, scarce cheese, no juice, no cold cuts…

To top it off, the reception staff (3 men) was unfriendly and completely uninterested in helping guests.

For nearly €400 per night during a trade fair, this hotel is a huge disappointment. Far from what you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. Avoid it!!
