The hotel location is very good. Closed to metro and train station. But also feeling not safe as there are a lot of drunk people at night in that area

Great location near the metro and Gare du Nord. The only minor issue was the noise from the metro, but earplugs easily solve that.

Great location, very close to the metro station and the Gare du Nord. There are a number of great food options surrounding as well. Generally pretty clean and love that they provided a water dispenser to fill your bottle up. Room is small but is expected. Check in and check out process was easy.

Location of the hotel is excellent, very near to the Metro station and the Gare Du Nord train station. There’s also very tasty and cheap roasted chicken ’Master Poulet’ just few shops next to the hotel and convenience store ‘Monop’ located right next to hotel.

Building is old. Room size was fine for single person. Plugged in the tea kettle, and it killed all the lights, popped a fuse. They came to fix it, but it was weak-ish after that. Seriously? And it was chilly, all windows closed, still feel a draft.
Staff are helpful. None of this was complaint about the people.
Next time, I will find a newer building.

What is expected for the price. Across the road from Gare de L'est, a short 5 min walk to Gare de Nord. Metro is very close, supermarket next door and a great restaurant Bouillon Chartier...you'll see the queue!

Don't bother with the breakfast at the hotel.. expensive and not a wide variety.

We arrived on Saturday and had a Privilege room. At check-in, we were informed that the shower holder was broken. They told us it would be fixed on Monday, but it was only repaired yesterday, literally the day before our departure. We were asked if we wanted to switch rooms, but the only option was a room with two separate beds. For a couple's trip planned over three months ago, that was quite out of the question. Otherwise, the location is top-notch. The cleanliness was a bit lacking; on the first day, I found hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. The reception staff were friendly.

The staff were very helpful; I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage smoothly. The supermarket nearby was also very convenient. Most importantly, I had an early train from East Station the next morning, and the hotel's location right in front of the station was incredibly helpful. Although the heating in the room wasn't working, they lent me a heater, which saved the day. The facilities were well-maintained, and I had a comfortable stay.

Was staying at 311 for 4 nights. The room was pretty nice, however the the metro sound is quite loud and the walls were shattering. I think this is something you might accept for this hotel. Would recommend either higher floor or other hotel.
