Excellent hotel! The experience is evident on every level. From the reception to the rooms. The breakfast is delicious. I recommend it.

I stayed here for a couple of days with friends and was very pleased. The staff were very friendly throughout our stay. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh towels. The room was spacious enough, as I expected. The hotel is located in a lively area with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The amenities felt luxurious and were a nice touch. The room was cold. Access from the station was good. The hotel staff's service was excellent.

Never come across a hotel that will not allow you to move your dates.

we booked through Mr & Mrs Smith and asked to change the dates with plenty of notice (3 months). We are not asking to cancel, just move the dates.

The receptionist is incredibly unhelpful. I have never come across a hotel who cannot change dates (happy to pay a fee!)

The hotel was very clean and tidy. The location is convenient in the city center, but it's a bit noisy due to the street.
The room was very small, with little storage. The elevator and hallway were narrow, making it difficult to carry a lot of luggage.

Well styled and excellent location. Staff were really friendly (especially the lovely lady that checked us in). Small touches go a long way. We travelled with a toddler and they were very welcoming. Room upgrade was a nice surprise.

Small but decent room with cute balcony, nice breakfast and everything clean and tidy. however... One Incredibly rude and sketchy receptionist, with zero people skills and what felt like a very racist attitude towards my colleague. This went beyond muttering swearing or passive aggression... Deeply unpleasant. On that basis alone, I would not recommend this place at all.

Such a cute hotel with lovely, clean rooms and I absolutely loved all the little touches (Diptyque amenities, chocolates on the pillow upon arrival to our room, fresh fruit infused water at reception). The location is perfect - very central with the Passage des Panoramas only a short walk away (so many wonderful restaurants). The hotel staff were also so lovely and always accomodating. My husband and I were so sad to leave and will absolutely stay at Hotel Panache the next time we’re in Paris.

Great location, friendly staff, rooms and bathroom are the average French size, although the shower was a bit small if you are tall. My room had a cute view, flat screen, tea little, and an espresso machine. The room is a good size for a solo traveler.

triple room is abit small and the toilet was really cold in the winter (somehow the aircon is located in the toilet and the heater doesn’t really work so it’s really chilly), there’s also a smell coming from the toilet.
