Terrass Hotel in Paris

I stayed at Terrass’’ Hotel after coming from a 5-star property in Portugal, so the room felt a little aged in comparison. That said, the hotel’s strengths really make up for it: the rooftop restaurant and bar have an incredible view. Montmartre is also a great place to watch sunrise. The location is perfect for exploring the neighbourhood.

The hotel manager was genuinely helpful and even assisted me in cancelling a night I had mistakenly booked through a third-party site. Overall, I’d stay again, especially for the convenience of the rooftop bar and the unbeatable views.

The hotel was in a great location in Montmartre. The accommodations were a bit tight but comfortable, and the staff was terrific. The rooftop restaurant and bar were great, with a fantastic view, but a bit pricey. The only issue was that the shower water wasn't hot; it was warm, but not hot. Our friends in the other room said the same. However, this would not deter me from staying again. Overall, a great place to stay in Paris!

If Paris were a movie, Terrass Hotel would be the scene-stealer — charming, stylish, and so effortlessly cool it makes you wonder if you should’ve packed better clothes. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and apparently on a mission to make us feel like minor royalty. The view from our room? Straight out of a postcard — the Eiffel Tower doing its sparkly thing while we sipped wine and pretended we lived there permanently.

Everything was flawless… until LaundryGate 2025.

See, midway through our stay, we thought, “Hey, let’s wash a couple loads so we’re not those Americans hauling stinky socks through Charles de Gaulle.” Two loads later, we were feeling all smug and domestic — until checkout, when surprise! we learned that cleanliness apparently costs €20. I’m not saying that ruined the trip, but it did feel like ending a symphony with someone slamming a kazoo.

Would we have done the laundry had we known? Absolutely not. We’d have worn our clothes inside-out like respectable travelers. But alas, lesson learned: in Paris, the views are free, but Tide Pods come at a premium.

That tiny hiccup aside, this hotel is chef’s kiss. The location is unbeatable, the rooftop bar makes you forget about your mortgage, and the entire vibe screams “main character energy.” We’ll absolutely stay here again — but next time, I’m bringing quarters and a warning label.

Great time, good location and helpful staff

Very nice hotel in a great location. Unfortunately, we were very close to the street and had a view of the cemetery.

We had a fantastic time during our stay at the Terrass.
The hotel is excellent throughout with comfortable, spacious rooms.
It is in a superb location in Montmartre with many great places easily accessible from it.
The rooftop bar with views across Paris to the Eiffel Tower is well worth heading up to.
All of the staff were friendly and helpful especially Johan, Maimouna and Jeanne who went above and beyond to look after us and make us feel welcome.
I have already booked my next visit.

Absolutely Phenomenal Stay! From the moment we landed in Paris, we felt completely at home thanks to this incredible hotel. We had arranged their airport pick-up package, which made our transfer seamless and stress-free. From there, the services seemed endless, they truly thought of everything. We even rented bikes directly through the hotel, allowing us to explore Paris with ease, knowing we were fully taken care of.

We stayed in the breathtaking Eiffel Artist Suite, which offered magnificent views of the Eiffel Tower. After the energy and excitement of the city, it was pure magic to return to our room, open the windows, and gaze at her beauty in peace.

What impressed us most was not just the comfort of the hotel, but the extraordinary service that made our honeymoon unforgettable. David and Paul greeted us each day with warm smiles and gave us the best recommendations to experience Paris at its finest. Not to mention, how comfortable they made me feel traveling with my service dog; this is very important to us.

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime stay, and we will forever remember it as part of our honeymoon. We will always return to the Terrass” Hotel for its unmatched hospitality, thoughtful details, and exceptional service.

We had a lovely long weekend at the Terass hotel. The staff were superb. We were very impressed by Nadine from Spain, she always went above and beyond. The views from the breakfast and bar are some of the best in Paris. Very cool hotel and concept is very original. Premium products and amenities. Gym was basic but they are upgrading and will have a more sophisticated set up for next time.
