Absolutely loved our stay in Novotel Les Halles. Aside from the really fun and convenient location, we got the best service.
We would like to express our gratitude particularly to Han from front desk. From the moment we checked in she’s been very pleasant and since I was celebrating my 30th birthday, the hotel prepared a cute surprise in our room. We ended up really loving the chocolates and as we were asking how we can buy them, Han generously gave us more. We were so so excited!! 🥰
Such a fun and memorable stay. Will definitely book this hotel again when we come back to Paris!

We are a family of four and stayed in an executive room (queen bed and sofa bed), which was comfortable and perfectly suited our needs. The train line and metro station right on the doorstep were incredibly convenient, especially for our day trip to Disney. From the hotel, it’s an easy 10-minute walk to the Louvre. You could also walk to many other iconic Parisian sites, but when travelling with children, the novelty of the underground wins every time.
On arrival, we were greeted by friendly staff and treated to an afternoon snack of freshly popped popcorn, which was a hit with our children. The buffet breakfast was satisfactory, and every staff member we encountered was absolutely wonderful, giving the hotel such a great vibe.
The hotel is currently undergoing some construction work, but we hardly noticed it and it had no effect on our stay whatsoever. We would absolutely stay here again and happily recommend it. Great value for money.

The location is superb, super convenient, right outside the subway station exit. Next to it is a large shopping mall and various local eateries, so it's easy to buy anything or find a place to eat. The room size is reasonable (don't expect large rooms in European hotels), and it has all the necessary amenities. The only minor issue is that the shower water pressure is a bit low, which was annoying. Otherwise, no major complaints!

My family of 4 had a wonderful stay here this past New Year’s Eve holiday week. Traveling with young toddlers to a new country is no easy feat but the staff here were so kind and compassionate to my youngsters at every opportunity. They also had great amenities on the property. The breakfast was worth the extra cost - it helped us get fueled for every day. My kids particularly loved the afternoon snack time with slices of pound cake and hot chocolate with marshmallows!
We were a little concerned about the construction on the property, but like many other reviewers, we didn’t notice or were bothered by any of the work going on.
The rooms were spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a quiet stay. Lastly, the location really can’t be beat! We had a large stroller with us for our kids and we were walking distance from many major attractions or any metro or bus to get us to where we wanted to go.
Would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to any traveler looking to stay in France

This is a serviced apartment, so it has a kitchen where you can heat up food. There's a coffee bar in the lobby. We only realized on the second day that the subway entrance was very close to us. The hotel is convenient in every aspect, and the facilities are all new. Definitely worth staying.

Place is easy to find, right beside train station. Lots or restaurants around. Louvre and Notre Dame is walkable, 10 minutes. Friendly reception, gave us early check in for 1 of our rooms so we can leave our luggages. Room is clean. Fully equipped kitchenette, with dish washer, plates, stove, ovens, pots and pans, just everything we need to prepare our breakfast which is unplanned. We saw a butcher shop, fish shop, cheese shop and decided to make our own breakfast. Westfield mall just at the back of the hotel. Carrefour is also near. Love our stay here

My family and I loved our stay at the Novotel Paris Les Halles. It is conveniently located next to the metro and train station, so we were easy in and out from the airport, as well as getting around the city. We also were walkable to the Notre Dame, the Louvre, and the Christmas market at the Tuileries. The room was so much bigger than I was expecting and so comfortable for me, my husband, and our 2 daughters- ages 8 and 10. We loved the windows and view too. The staff was beyond friendly. I have already recommended it to a friend and will keep passing along the name to others.

The location is great, right outside the subway station. However, if you've booked an airport transfer to the hotel, it's incredibly inconvenient! Cars can't pull up directly to the hotel entrance, so an unfamiliar driver will drop you off quite a distance away, and you'll have to drag your luggage to the hotel. The same goes for airport departures – it's a real hassle! Plus, there are many restaurants nearby, making it especially noisy at night, and the surrounding streets are quite dirty.

Quite basic. No housekeeping short stay. Breakfast is the same everyday. The only good point is the location.
