The room is a bit dated and isn't cleaned daily, but it's in a great location with a nice environment. Plus, it has a kitchen so you can cook your own meals, and there are free drinks downstairs.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's right across from a major attraction and behind a row of popular foodie streets. The free coffee in the lobby is a must-have before heading out. Plus, it's super convenient as the metro (lines B or 7) is just a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to the Louvre, and there's complimentary coffee in the lobby. The room was also quite spacious.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The rooms are equipped with kitchen facilities, including pots, pans, cups, a dishwasher, and dish soap, which was great for cooking our own meals – it satisfied our 'Chinese stomach' and saved us money. A special shout-out to the young man from southern Paris; he was very enthusiastic and great at chatting with guests. I had accidentally booked an extra night, and after I spoke with him, he promptly assured me it was no problem and told me not to worry.

Beautiful location by the Seine, walking distance to museums and lively restaurants, friendly staff.

Self service for many room service needs (taking out your own trash, replacing towels) but was easily accessible at all hours.

Great for our first visit to Paris!

Great stay at Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés!
The location is perfect — right by the Seine and within walking distance to Notre-Dame and the Louvre.
Spacious and clean room with a small kitchen, friendly staff — really convenient and comfortable stay in Paris. ☕️

This place has real value for money. Our studio had so much space to move about...separate kitchen, a toilet and bath, a little space in front of the door to park a pram and enough space to hang some clothes. I don't think we would have gotten the same space if we booked into a normal hotel,unless paying for a really expensive one. We basically walked to everywhere from here as this was right in the middle of the places we wanted to see, this was about 30 min. walk to the Eiffel tower. There were also loads of places to eat near the hotel. If you have a car, they only have 1 available parking. Otherwise the Metro is only a stone throw away from here.

Good location, dogs everywhere as it is pet friendly. Our bath/shower was tiny therefore you couldn't stand up to shower properly. The smell of food came through our air vent/s which made our stay even worse off, the smell was nauseating. Old rooms old building, needs renovation A SAP. Not sure how it's a 4 star hotel/apartment. As for the staff the gentlemen were lovely, the women need more training on customer service.
The only good part of this experience was the breakfast.

Not a 4 star hotel in service, was pretty disappointed they have no bed service and not enough coffee for more than a day. No hotel employees anywhere.

But if you can deal with that, it is a very nice quality hotel, quiet in a perfect location. Pros and cons

Recently stayed for 3 nights.
Great central location close to everything.
Staff were friendly.
Rooms are quite dated and could use a refurb.
3 of us shared a room with double and sofa bed.
The sofa was very uncomfortable and had a large curve upwards in the middle of the bed. There was what appeared to be food or vomit stains on the sofa cushions. The sheets were clean.
Floors stained. Shower was tiny and water pressure was dismal. Could hear the people banging constantly and stamping in the room above at night.
