Nice staff at the reception. However I would recommend to check drainage system at the room as it is inbuilt sanibroyer toilet 🚽. When it works and makes sound it gives a reverse at the sink too.

The size of the apartment is decent, it's equipped with a few things (kettle, microwave, stove, fridge,vacuum cleaner, cutlery, pots and a few plates). The air conditioning is old and not strong enough for August heat, unfortunately. There's only one unit for the whole apartment which would be all right if it worked properly. Make sure you check for shower gel, soap, tea and coffee, as well as the TV remote in case you need it. If you don't find them, ask for them. The parking lot is really tight, but it is closed and safe. It's a good place for visiting Cannes for a longer stay, we were just in transit. The director/receptionist who checked us out was very kind.

Clean room, good location close to Cannes Port and Old Town. Absolutely fine for a 2 star hotel. Basic and a bit tired but works well as a base if you’re not bothered about luxury.

Walid and Edison are just plain amazing; just super grateful! both super welcoming, very caring and overall it was amazing and can't wait to come back! I love that it was very clean, well located and not pretentious as a property; just perfect!

Very good value for money
Very good value for money. Clean apartment. Quiet, confortable beds, good night's sleep. Friendly and helpful receptionist. Kitchen eirh useful amenities.

I booked two single beds and two sofa beds, but the apartment they provided only had a double bed and a sofa bed. I had no choice but to book another single room, which was very disappointing.

The room is a bit old, but it's clean and quiet. I only stayed there for one night and felt that I had a good rest. The uncle at the front desk was very nice and patient, thank him very much!

Warm and dynamic morning staff
The hotel does not look inviting at first but it is clean.

The - we had to pay 10€ extra for parking while it is written everywhere on the internet that parking is free
The room is very small, you can only sleep and the bathroom is small and not very young.
Very poorly soundproofed, you can hear people talking in the rooms opposite.

Best experience ever! the guys from reception are SO AMAZING, super sociable, always happy and willing to help. Big common area + backyard available for guests. Also, food and drinks at good price. I am delighted about the 3 receptionist service, they were super nice and made my stay the best in town. Thank u so much guys! You made my weekend
