Hôtel Le Petit Château in Cannes

Location is okay but that’s all.
If you are totally fine with all kinds of insects like cockraoches and etc (idk what they are called), okay stay this place.
On the wall, floor, washstand and shelf, you can easily find all kinds of insects. Not cleaning up a room at all cuz i could find a lot of dust on every single corner of the room.
Sometimes, of course, i could see the dead insects.
I’ve never made my luggage open fully to avoid any insects flying with me to my house and nothing was put on the shelf in the room or bathroom because insects were everywhere.
Also, I’ve never seen a staff for 5days.
I could hear a lot of people screaming from time to time, maybe they found roaches or whatever and making love with stereo sounded which means you cant sleep properly.
Again, in Cannes, almost impossible to find cheap hotel and Hotel Bellevue could be the option for those who need to stay in a reasonable price, but please be advised that this is the hotel (i hate to call this hotel but terrible place) which shouldnt be existed and im at home now but still getting bothered with all the experiences i had in Bellevue. If i found any mark or dots on the wall it came to me with terrifying feeling if it’s like roaches and had goosebumps.
If you want to stay in a cheap price hotel, better to find a one in Nice and commute.
This was a nightmare for me and it will go for a while i’m sure.

Without question the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The smell in the room is horrid. There is black mold all over the bathroom and the shower doesn’t drain. If you open the door to the small patio, it’s clear there’s a dead animal somewhere. Finally, there’s feces in the toilet bowl and was not cleaned when I arrived. It’s disgusting here

Dump of a place. Had to move our person out on the first night. Mold on vents, and excessive moisture. bedsheets stained, or not cleaned. Filthy walls. Poor access in terms of the intercom and door codes. Avoid, even if you're desperate.

Avoid at any cost.

Room wasnt anything like in the Booking.com pictures, roaches on the floor, bedbugs, dirty room, dirty bedsheets, no blanket on other bed and strange smell in the room.
Hotel didn't respond to any of our and Booking.com customer service contacts.

This place should be closed immediately.

There are no disposable toothbrushes, no slippers, and the shower gel seems to have unknown liquid.
I found a dead rat after taking a shower.
Is he out for adventure?

Dear Hotel Bellevue

We are writing to express our deep dissatisfaction with our stay at your hotel from 20.07.24 to 24.07.24. We chose your hotel based on the images presented on your website and the inclusion of breakfast. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet these expectations, and we are therefore requesting a partial refund for our stay.

Breakfast During the four mornings we stayed at the hotel, there was no breakfast available as described on your website. There was only a package of dry toast without any toppings, and no possibility to toast the bread. This is far from what you advertise, where pictures of the breakfast buffet show bread, cold cuts, juice, yogurt, etc. This is the poorest experience we have ever had, and it is completely unacceptable when we expected an included breakfast of a certain standard.

Room Condition Additionally, the condition of the room was downright filthy and clearly not properly cleaned. We found dust and old hair from previous guests, and there were ants all over the bathroom. This is entirely unacceptable and far from the hygiene and cleaning standards one would expect from a hotel in your category.

We therefore demand a partial refund for our stay as compensation for these shortcomings. We hope that you will take our complaint seriously and ensure that this does not happen to future guests.
