Hotel Du Nord in Cannes

The location is ok but this is where the good part of the review ends.
I can forgive a dirty room, I can forgive no hot water in the shower, I can maybe ignore the cockroaches in the room.
But the rudeness of the owner and his extremely awful attitude toward paying guests is so bad that I really recommend everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.
Pay a bit more or get an Airbnb and have a peaceful vacation.
This terrible place ruined our vacation and our sleep. We would have been better off sleeping in the car than this awful motel. There’s a reason it gets 2 stars out of 5 despite the cheap price. Really awful experience.

For some reason google doesn’t believe my review is real so here is a picture of the owner looking at me half naked. He broke into my room using a key he had when I was in the toilet since he thought several people were sleeping in the room . You can see how he’s staring at me when I’m actually half naked.
