I recommend the hotel. The rooms are clean, the furniture is new, the linen is snow-white, the rooms have a coffee machine, there is a pleasant addition to coffee in the lobby - fresh pastries, the staff is very friendly and all issues are resolved quickly, the location of the hotel is very good, everything is within walking distance

Great hotel in downtown Cannes. Minutes away from beaches, on foot. Minutes away from the Gare (train station), on foot. In the middle of shopping and dining areas. Very comfortable and clean. Sunday morning market less than a block away. Parking at the Gare with discount. Breakfast is available. My pictures are not of the hotel, but from a short walk to the beach at night.

Stayed here for a week. 2nd year to stay in Cannes at this time of year. Mondial was just fabulous dead centre of Cannes and near the rail and bus stations. Breakfast was to die for a lovely lady called Patricia did the breakfast.
