The location was unbeatable, right infront are old port, the metro station, and LOTS of place to eat at. The staff were all very nice and welcoming, they were also very patient(especially with my french 😂). Hotel was spotless when i got there. I have nothing negative to say about this place.

The front desk was friendly and the room had a great view! The location was also good, right outside the fishing port! The room was very clean and soundproof! The hotel also had an elevator, and the overall feeling was great!

Excellent location, second time I've stayed at this hotel. Breakfast with a variety of choices to suit everyone. Friendly and attentive staff. Luggage storage available. Easy online check-in/out system.

Extremely small room but for the night it was perfect. The location was amazing. Right on the waterfront of Old Port. So many restaurants and shops right at the doorstep. Check in was easy to as well and they held our luggage for us before we could check in and after checkout when we went out exploring. The bed was somewhat uncomfortable but the bathroom was a good size. I'd definitely book here again.

Hotel very well located on the old port. Room 401 is a family room and has the chance to have a beautiful view of the port. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. Friendly and smiling staff. The breakfast is very well stocked with choice for all tastes.
I will happily return to this hotel and recommend it. Trip just needs to update the information regarding the taxes due to the hotel that have increased from the advertised rate on the reservation.

Perfect hotel to stay when you are in Marseille - good location (next to the old Port), really nice staff, lovely new renovated rooms (we never heard the street, the neighbours,...) good breakfast.

We had a 'privilege' room on the first floor overlooking the harbour. It's absolutely worth paying extra for that view and there's a small balcony to use. The place is a little dated but the price suits the condition. We have a baby and they provided a cot for free. The beds were comfortable and all the facilities were as expected. You do have to walk up one flight of steps to the reception without a lift but keep in mind this is an 18th century building.
The staff were a real highlight. Everyone was friendly and offered to help us with whatever we needed. For example Emanuel happily lent us a corkscrew and stored our baby food in the fridge.
We had the breakfast once which I found unmemorable. There are plenty of patisseries nearby so I would go there instead.
