The staff were extremely helpful, and the location offers excellent access to Marseille Saint-Charles Station. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend Toyoko Inn for anyone visiting Marseille.
Some members of the security staff were not very welcoming. Both the night and morning guards were quite intrusive, at times bordering on aggressive, which affected the overall experience.
This was, without a doubt, the best value-for-money hotel during our 30-day Europe trip.
The location is superb, near Marseille train station, just a 6-7 minute walk. Although there are some steps leading up to the hotel entrance from the street, which might be a bit challenging for elderly guests or those with heavy luggage, you can easily take a flat route by going around the bridge, adding only...
Decent cleanliness as well as toiletries, it was a little too small. Helpful concierge who gave us a map.
A bit old-fashioned and the location isn't great.
Arriving from the Marseille bus station, we were not sure how to get to the hotel without climbing the steps. See photo. Later on, when I asked reception staff, he says we could go the opposite direction to the train station without using the steps.
We used the gate shown jn the photo to get to the tram in the city centre.
My room has a view of "the church on a hill" in the distance. See photo

Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.
A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.
The room was a little small, but the view was great. The service was also good.
Outstanding!! The restaurant is simply divine and exquisite, much like the hotel's decor. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking! A moment of pure bliss. Make sure to try the cocktails; they are truly enchanting.
Nhow Marseille is a serene retreat amid the city’s hustle and bustle. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. We enjoyed a sea-view room, which is a highlight of most accommodations. The breakfast offers a delightful variety of fresh local products.
The spa is small yet essential, with options to book various treatments and massages in advance.
A special mention goes to Benjamin...
We stayed here for 3 nights. I cannot fault the hotel, it was clean, quirky/unusual and located in a convenient location.
We ordered room service one night, then ate at local restaurants for the other 2 nights. The food was tasty, no complaints, the soft drink prices were a little excessive, but it is expected in this type of hotel.
My only disappointment was that the pool was salted water, I had...

Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower.
The view and location are good.
Our first time at an Intercontinental was good, but that’s it. For a 5* Hotel (which we booked plenty around the world), the Hotel definitely could use a renovation of the rooms.
Especially the Junior Suite is still very dark, minimal furnished and at the price point a little disappointing. We have stayed at another 5* Hotel in town and would go back to that Hotel, since it was half the price, but...

Customer service supportive and attentive on all levels.
Crucially a user freirndly lux hotel would highly recommend and would be my only choice agsin🥂
The hotel situated at the central location or Marseille and the services provided are excellent. Keep it up, hope to come back again.
Excellent! The hotel is housed in a grand old building that has been meticulously renovated. The front desk and parking attendants provided great service. When I was having a beer at the restaurant, I asked a staff member about Bouillabaisse, and a short while later, they brought me a note with three nearby restaurant recommendations. As soon as you drive up to the lobby, staff members are there to...
Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The room was amazing. Clean and great view. Breakfast was amazing as well. Good selection of food, not just croissants. I had a bar experience too. Which was good. Good hotel in the Vieux Port. Most of the staff at this hotel are helpful. The room was a good size. My only complaint was the breakfast! everything was dry, stale and cold. The coffee even came out of the machine freezing cold. I wouldn’t pay extra for the breakfast. The hotel has a gym and bar area which I enjoyed. I would say this hotel is just ok.
Great view from the window , and there are 2-3 really useful mini mart or supermarket downstairs , will be staying here again .
The hotel reception was quick, impersonal and offered zero “tourist” tips, things to do etc. I even had to ask if I could take a map of the city with things to do and see from the counter as it wasn’t offered. The room is a standard, small European room. It was cool and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very usable and clean. Black out curtains provided complete darkness, but even on the eighth...
Thanks to the front desk lady for arranging the room. The view is very good. You can see the Notre-Dame de la Garde Cathedral. It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille and the environment is beautiful. I will choose here next time.

The Radisson Blu Marseille Vieux Port is very well-suited for travellers who prioritise location, want harbour views, and appreciate modern, comfortable hotel amenities. It particularly suits couples, tourists who plan to explore the city on foot, or those looking for an upgrade over basic lodging.

Really nice business and tourist hotel in fabulous location in the heart of (safe) Marseilles. Exceptional service with very good facilities. The concierge recommendations were fabulous. This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco. The hotel isn't located near any tourist attractions and requires a bit of a walk to reach.
The room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked well!
But the lobby smelled terrible—a strong, pungent smell combined with a foul toilet odor!
Good location. Bed was very comfortable.
Very good service and the location is good
The man with glasses at the reception is incompetent. Although I booked a room with a city view, he gave me a room with a courtyard view and didn't change it. I also emailed the hotel but they didn't respond. Other amenities are good, breakfast is good.
Clean and large comfortable room, thankful that they allowed an earlier check in.
I came here with my mother. The room was very clean, the bedding was very comfortable and the scenery was great. There was a snow-capped mountain opposite. We arrived in the middle of the night. The owner of the B&B was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good!

Great hotel room and classic Ibis
Three stars because of breakfast both food and attitude of breakfast personnel.
Helpful staff in the reception.
Nice room.
Very good location.
Breakfast both food and restaurant staff of very low quality. I have never seen personnel which collects cutlery from jars with products at 9:58 if breakfast ends at 10:00. Lack of food between 9:00 and 10:00. From 9:00 they do not add any missing products....
Clean room, comfy bed and located close to a tram stop. There are some charging ports in the lobby and places to sit.

Check in was not efficient. Room was tiny. Very Ibis. If you are bulky or if you have a few bags with you, this place might be too small for you.

The facilities are rather old, but it's very close to the subway, right by the roadside. It's not too far to walk to the old port. The shower is inside a bathtub, but the water pressure isn't very high. The hairdryer is a fixed unit on the wall. The room I was assigned to has a door that, according to the picture, connects to the next room, which doesn't feel right.
The Novotel brand needs no introduction; the hotel is well-equipped and the rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a market street right outside the hotel where you can buy fruits, food, flowers, clothing, and more!
It's very good, much better than the holidays. The holidays are really a rip-off ☹️
The location is very good. It is next to the subway entrance. The room is clean. I didn't find any disposable slippers. You can prepare them yourself. The front desk can help contact the airport.
[+] Good location, close to the metro. Delicious breakfast - amazing. Quiet rooms, despite the location on a main street. [-] Expensive on-site parking.
A very cost-effective hotel, located on Prado Avenue in the south of Marseille, which is a relatively safe place in Marseille (although there are still sirens at night), which is more reassuring than the city and the northern area.

Overall feeling is pretty good
To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. What a difference between the calm reception entrance and the port side annimations!!
