Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

The room was a little small, but the view was great. The service was also good.

Unfortunately cleanliness was not up to 5 stars Intercontinental hotel. Indeed one massive cockroach next to the lift and Christmas tree in the lobby which was a bit of a bad surprise after the check-in. Then after getting the room I found hairs in the shower. The view and location are good.

Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The hotel is well positioned in Marseille with amazing views over the city, especially from the rooftop bar. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the hotel room well equipped and a very comfortable bed. Parking the car securely was simple with the expert help of the concierge.

A very comfortable room with a geat veiw on the Vieux Port fo Marseille. Overall amenities and service in line with the 5 stars category of the place. Had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool, sauna, bar and good customer service. The location was also good, being 10mins walk from a fee beaches. The breakfast doesn’t have the best range so I would not take it every day, so explored a few other good options in the area.

My last stay at the Hotel Villa Massalia was so-so but pleasant. It’s a long way from the Vieux Port, but I enjoyed walking around the Parc Borély, which is close by. This is my first night here (out of 5). So far, my room was not ready until half an hour later. The air conditioner is not working (I was given a fan) and one of the beach towels is full of sand. Clearly not changed from the last guest. The personnel seem nice but this is definitely not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel.

Lovely boutique hotel. Not a place to relax in as there are no appropriate seating areas. Rooms are well kept and lots of space. Again in our room only one relaxing chair. Another chair could give it a more flexible place to stay.

Really enjoyed my 6-day stay at the C2 Hotel! The staff were amazing and so helpful. The location is great - A bit away from everything so you get the quiet, but still walkable to most points of interest. I also give the breakfast buffet two thumbs up.

Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable. Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.

The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

The Marseille's Village Club du Soleil is a nice place for families. It's well located (not so far from Palais Longchamps and Friche Belle de Mai). We have enjoyed the food with a nice buffet (different country's menu every day). The swimming pool is perfect for the kids.
