Stayed here at the end of our honeymoon, and it was simply amazing! The room was spacious and very comfortable, the food was delicious, and all of the employees were very friendly and helpful. We had lunch in the restaurant and our server, Martin, was excellent and gave us a few good recommendations for places to go around the city. Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

The staff was very professional and nice but the hotel needs serious renovation especially the rooms. The food at the restaurant was less than average.

We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance. However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).

The location is fantastic but the service attitude of the receptionists and workers in the hotel were not friendly.

The location is excellent, right next to the subway station! The breakfast looked good, but because we were in a rush in the morning, they didn't provide breakfast bags, so we just grabbed a few pieces of bread. We stayed in a four-person room, with the beds facing each other, and only one bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient!

The hotel location and the room itself were okay, very close to the Old Port. Parking is available in the Indigo underground parking lot near the hotel, which is relatively safe. Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable. Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.

The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

It,s a nice and quiet place. People are really nice here, The only issues are that the window in the room is not airtight, which makes the room cold during winter, and that the hot water pressure in the shower is quite low.

I had a late check-in. The restaurant had closed and there was no bar or vending machines. Nothing in the mini-fridge and no shops or restaurants close by - had to go to bed hungry.

Great no frills stay. AC was nice and cold and it was in a convenient location by the port. Good price for a one night stay.

The only positive point for this establishment is the location (Old Port)! The rooms do not correspond to the photos, there is no elevator so good luck with the suitcases and if you have to leave the hotel early in the morning, there is not even anyone to open the door, I found myself stuck for 15 minutes! Great location near everything. Paid €55 per night which is a good deal for Marseilles in the off season. Cheap and cheerful. It's a marathon of a staircase, but the beds were comfortable and you could control the temperature with an aircon unit. Bathrooms were hilariously bad. Although private, they are tiny, smell of mildew and the toilet is not bolted to the ground so its quite the wobbly experience...

The hotel was in an amazing location .. the person at the reception who spoke English was very helpful. The person who only spoke French was very unhelpful - and a bit rude too. The reception area reeked of cigarettes. Other than this excellent hotel.

Good price for central location to Old Port. Limited amenities but clean and felt safe.

I had a good sleep in the clean room. It was the worth more than the price.

We booked the hotel as a supreme suite for three people. It actually could have slept three people, but I would not describe it as a suite neither a supreme. It consisted of one room with a double bed and a single bed separated by a movable curtain. The air conditioning was also very weak, even when set to very cold, and we couldn't sleep well.
