Where to stay with pets in Marseille

The location for me was a bit far from the city center, you have to walk for like 20 min downhill a bit to reach there, but there are buses that are like 2 steps away from the hotel that take you there and back

The staff were extremely helpful, and the location offers excellent access to Marseille Saint-Charles Station. The food was great as well. I would highly recommend Toyoko Inn for anyone visiting Marseille.

One young lady was even learning Chinese and tried her best to communicate with us in Chinese. The room wasn't large but perfectly adequate, quiet, and comfortable. Bed linen changes and cleaning were prompt

Some members of the security staff were not very welcoming. Both the night and morning guards were quite intrusive, at times bordering on aggressive, which affected the overall experience.

This was, without a doubt, the best value-for-money hotel during our 30-day Europe trip. The location is superb, near Marseille train station, just a 6-7 minute walk

Of course, it's always wise to be cautious. For a hotel in Europe with a similar location, room size, facilities, and service, its price was incredibly affordable

However, the reception was the slowest reception I have ever seen. The hotel was crowded I get that. But they have 1 or 2 people working and you have to wait in line for almost 20 minutes

they did not let me check in until 3pm. But I pre-requested my room aroun 1pm. So note that they have a strict rule about that. When I get back at 3, there was a line

We were checking out early morning at 5 am and we are requesting if we can have some breakfast to take away, the lady and staff at reception desk was willing to help us with the bag full of food to take away

Great view from the window , and there are 2-3 really useful mini mart or supermarket downstairs , will be staying here again .

Thanks to the front desk lady for arranging the room. You can see the Notre-Dame de la Garde Cathedral. It is very close to the Old Port of Marseille and the environment is beautiful

The hotel is located close to the old port and only 14 minutes walk down hill from the train station, however the walk to the hotel from the train was so sketchy and uncomfortable that we decided to uber back to avoid the filthy streets, the uncountable homeless people laying on filthy mattress pads in every corner and the feeling of being sized up

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The bar was a nice spot to unwind in the evening, with a good atmosphere and quality drinks

I had a great stay at Hôtel Mercure Centre Vieux-Port in Marseille. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile

The man with glasses at the reception is incompetent. Although I booked a room with a city view, he gave me a room with a courtyard view and didn't change it. I also emailed the hotel but they didn't respond

Overall a lovely hotel, however they had an event when we stayed which meant the restaurant was unavailable for dinner for one night and lunch for two, which was inconvenient and nobody notified us at check-in (there was a sign on the lift which we noticed afterwards)

There was also then a party which went past 1am and made it difficult to sleep. Staff were lovely, however their policy of not being able to use facilities after check out is frankly bizarre

The location is perfect near to the beach,Borely park,cafes ,a great boulangerie and good public transport. It is the ambience of the hotel that is so special. It is relaxing,joyful and welcoming

A very cost-effective hotel, located on Prado Avenue in the south of Marseille, which is a relatively safe place in Marseille (although there are still sirens at night), which is more reassuring than the city and the northern area

The Novotel brand needs no introduction; the hotel is well-equipped and the rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a market street right outside the hotel where you can buy fruits, food, flowers, clothing, and more!

When entering, one of the random guests whom were outside told me that it is a "great hotel", and it indeed was! We were in Marseille for my partner’s birthday on the weekend of November 15. We arrived in the MGallery lobby completely discouraged after being extremely poorly received at another so-called four star hotel nearby

Convenient for when traveling to / from the cruise port or airport. The hotel itself is very nice, small but great character and good facilities. We had a double floor mezzanine family room

The old big French doors / windows look great but are not good at all for sound. We were on the 5th floor and heard cars, sirens, mopeds and people until the early hours and this does impact sleep

If you want a quiet room, go for room 4 on any floor (it’s towards the back so don’t expect any great views). Yes, rooms are tiny but we knew that before
