Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

Excellent location close to the biggest mall in the city. Breakfast buffet has many choices including bacon, eggs, good charcuterie, fruits and other foods along with different coffee options. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool is attached to an outdoor area to fan and relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel in the Vieux Port. Most of the staff at this hotel are helpful. The room was a good size. My only complaint was the breakfast! everything was dry, stale and cold. We had a disappointing stay. This hotel has a thing going for being eco-friendly, which is a good thing. But when I am paying this price on holiday, I am not sacrificing comfort for simply being eco. The hotel isn't located near any tourist attractions and requires a bit of a walk to reach. The room was clean and spacious, and most importantly, the air conditioning worked well! But the lobby smelled terrible—a strong, pungent smell combined with a foul toilet odor!

Had a great stay, and we enjoyed the pool, sauna, bar and good customer service. The location was also good, being 10mins walk from a fee beaches. The breakfast doesn’t have the best range so I would not take it every day, so explored a few other good options in the area.

The facilities are rather old, but it's very close to the subway, right by the roadside. It's not too far to walk to the old port. The shower is inside a bathtub, but the water pressure isn't very high. The hairdryer is a fixed unit on the wall. To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. But the good thing is they have their private parking (need to pay another €15 per day) so that we can park our car inside and feel safer. However, I dont think we will be back the next time. The staff was very professional and nice but the hotel needs serious renovation especially the rooms. The food at the restaurant was less than average.

We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance. However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).

We booked the hotel as a supreme suite for three people. It actually could have slept three people, but I would not describe it as a suite neither a supreme. It consisted of one room with a double bed and a single bed separated by a movable curtain. The air conditioning was also very weak, even when set to very cold, and we couldn't sleep well.
