Disappointing stay for a 4-star hotel. On my first night, the air conditioning didn’t work for the whole hotel and the room was around 25°C, making it very uncomfortable. The front desk was not helpful and no solution to be provided when I reported the issue. The pool and cleanliness is ok. Overall, not up to the expected standard.

A great stay - funky hotel on the corniche. The pool was perfect for us to enjoy a last day of r’n’r on our holiday. We enjoyed a fabulous lunch at the hotel restaurant. Hotel is a little way from centre of Marseille but possible to walk to beach and restaurants.

Comfortable, quiet hotel with convenient parking. Friendly staff - especially the efficient breakfast team. Good breakfast. Excellent location close to the biggest mall in the city. Breakfast buffet has many choices including bacon, eggs, good charcuterie, fruits and other foods along with different coffee options. Rooms are cozy and comfortable. Swimming pool is attached to an outdoor area to fan and relax in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

The facilities are rather old, but it's very close to the subway, right by the roadside. It's not too far to walk to the old port. The shower is inside a bathtub, but the water pressure isn't very high. The hairdryer is a fixed unit on the wall. The room I was assigned to has a door that, according to the picture, connects to the next room, which doesn't feel right.

The Novotel brand needs no introduction; the hotel is well-equipped and the rooms are clean and hygienic. There's a market street right outside the hotel where you can buy fruits, food, flowers, clothing, and more!

Can't fault the service and attention we received from the reception, catering, bar and room service staff during our stay. Food we ordered was very good, from a limited menu, but competition from local restaurants is fierce, so understandable. Room comfortable but dated and some areas of Hotel need updating. Hotel is close to wooded area, so terrace and pool areas open to wild life.

I can’t say enough nice things about this hotel! It was the perfect location. If you go the restaurant, get the fish! You are on the coast after all. Rooms are basic. You’re paying for the location, proximity to a bar & restaurant with a great view, and wonderful service.

The location is excellent. The outdoor section has a superb view. It is close to nice walking places. The rooms are clean and quiet. The only problem was slow Internet. I was not part of the Accor network, which wld have permitted me to use free fast-speed internet. I had to use regular free guest access, and it was spotty and slow.

To be honest, we were quite disappointed with how old the room is. The vibe is very dull and even the air-conditioner looks like it was from the 90s. We stayed there for one night as a family (2 adults and 2 children). Pleasant room, comfortable bedding, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. We reported a problem with the bathtub drain, which was repaired very quickly. No noise disturbance. However, the room cleaning remains unsatisfactory (lots of dust behind the sofa and in the corners).

I had a late check-in. The restaurant had closed and there was no bar or vending machines. Nothing in the mini-fridge and no shops or restaurants close by - had to go to bed hungry.
