Very good

The pros: Top-floor apartment with a small terrace. Brand new and very functional: fully equipped kitchen, tasteful decor, attic bedroom, very comfortable bed, and complete darkness. Ideally located between the Old Port and the Canebière/Noailles district. Very well soundproofed. Attentive housekeeper for mid-stay cleaning and check-out.

Minor remarks: No real separation from the neighbors' terrace. You can see each other if you're using it at the same time. Reversible air conditioning: we couldn't get it to raise the temperature even slightly in November.

The hotel is in a very good location, opposite the boat ticket booth at the old port. Other than that, it is very average. The breakfast pick-up area is in a small kitchen. The waiter tells you to choose a seat first, and then take the plate on the seat to pick up the food. Even so, the kitchen is crowded and there are few food choices. I hope the room has warm air conditioning at night, but I was told that the hotel currently only has cooling, and I can move to other hotels if I feel cold. But the front desk clearly wrote that the temperature that day was 12 degrees at night. The sound insulation on the first floor is poor. I spent the money for a sea view room to live in a noisy room with street view. Ctrip helped to change the room the next day. In addition, the wooden table in the room may cause allergies. I sneezed dozens of times when I looked at the computer for 30 minutes at the wooden table, but there was no problem with the metal table. In short, I don’t recommend staying in this hotel.

The hotel is next to the old pier, and the apartment is on the street 300 meters away. You need a card to enter and exit the main door.
The old house is OK, but the color is darker. The service is good. After the negotiation, they actually provided two extra quilts.
