Nice room.
Very good location.
Breakfast both food and restaurant staff of very low quality. I have never seen personnel which collects cutlery from jars with products at 9:58 if breakfast ends at 10:00. Lack of food between 9:00 and 10:00. From 9:00 they do not add any missing products. One day there were rotten cucumbers. Another day no tomatoes, neither other vegetables. No pancakes even if they are from a shop. Once we requested them and they fetched cold ones. Disgusting experience which costs 45 EUR for three people.
I waited one night around 8pm at the restaurant. I asked the lady at the bar if I could sit and she said yes someone would come to me. I waited and waited, but no one came, so I left.
The reception staff were friendly.
Beds are good and for what you pay, it's reasonable, in a fairly expensive city.
