Location is great! 3 to 5 mins walk to the station then 5 to 10 mons walk to the town center with Monoprix and lots of food and shopping hub. Nice is really good! Has lift so luggage friendly. Although the smell of the room is still there, I felt like someone smoked inside the room and the cleaner just clean it rapidly.

It was a clean good smelling place. Comfortable bed. Only thing is that I noticed some hair in the bed 🥲. Overall still a good hotel and great location in the centre.

The hotel is railway station, small and simply.Management of luggage stores are good.We leave the bike and bikebag there safety.No kettle or microwave, but we can ask receiptionist to provide when we need it

The hotel is located near the Nice train station. At check-in, we were greeted by a very kind lady whose name I don't know, but I remember her extreme kindness, which is somewhat rare in Nice. She explained everything to us, even speaking Italian.
The rooms are clean, but perhaps the carpeting in the hallways leading to the rooms could be removed, as it always causes a bad smell.
We didn't choose breakfast, and perhaps with a little effort on the part of the hotel, it could be included in the price, because everything in Nice costs at least three times as much as in Italy.

Very close to the train station, a 3-minute walk.
It has a small balcony.
The soundproofing is good; with the windows closed, you can't hear the traffic outside.
You can't hang clothes on the balcony.
The prices are also quite reasonable.
