Definately not a 4 star hotel. Sorry to say that because the staff is really nice and kind, but to be objective the standard is for 3 stars. Small rooms, seems old and for renovation, toilet in the bathroom so close to shower that you can barely sit. But aside all of that, I think that cleaning is a major issue. Some spots are missed, on refrigirator and safe box there were so much dust like it was there for months. Same under the bed, dust in piles. Since we are allergic to dust we were sneezing every time we enter the room. Walls are thin and you can here people talking in the next room. Breakfast with small choise. There is no closet but hangers with curtain. Good thing is proximity to train station if you want to explore other places. To center you have15-20 min walk. So all together nice people are working there, but hotel neeeds to resolve issues to be worth of 4 star hotel.

I make the booking for 2 night and I try to cancel it at the same day. You can imagine that they didn’t return the refund and they take 2 night for the no show. I cal them at the same booking day.
And I inform them that at least take one night. Again they refuse to refund.
I’m advice you not to deal with such hotel. Or at least you need to take care when you pay to them in advance

Great location if you're looking for something closer to the train station. Service is good, everyone is really nice. Breakfast is okay, coffee is not good, but there are eggs, bread and crossaints. Rooms are very small, with a nice balcony.

Very convenient. Room is not big but sufficient.
U can enjoy hot drinks or water in the lobby.
City view is not pleasant though but u can keep curtain shut.

The staff was excellent and polite. Helped us all through. Free water, coffee and tea in the lobby was a great plus.

The only thing, the place is quite dated. Not as new as it looks in pictures. Regardless, the stay was pleasant, the staff and amenities made up for that.

The location is very close to the train station, making it convenient for travel.

The hotel's location is great, less than a ten-minute walk from the train station. If you want to go to the beach, it's a 20-30 minute walk or less than a ten-minute bus/tram ride.

The front desk staff are very helpful, and coffee/water/small pastries are available all day. They also offer beach towels.

The only downside is that the cleanliness needs improvement; the bathroom doesn't stand up to close inspection.

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Otero by HappyCulture. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and their customer service is excellent .The breakfast is fresh and tasty with plenty of choice, a perfect start to the day. The rooms are clean, comfortable and beautifully kept, and the location is great for exploring the area. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Nice

About 8 months ago I made two bookings and cancelled one, but accidentally not the other. I never received any reminder about the upcoming trip, ended up missing it, until I was charged.. My trip to France never went ahead and I explained my situation to them and the staff showed zero sympathy just a “nothing we can do” attitude. Feels like they only care about taking people’s money, not looking after customers or return business. When coming to Nice there is no chance I will be staying at this hotel or recommending to others.
