It's not a large hotel but very cosy. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room temperature is too warm as they set the Airconditioner default temperature as 37
⁰C, we could only turn off it. Staffs are very polite and helpful especially the gentleman working in the night shift on 31st Jan.
Slippers and body lotion are provided on request.
It takes 12 mins walk to Nice Tr
ain Station and beach, and 30 mins tram to the Airport.
Overall it's an excellent experience to stay in this hotel with reasonable rate @60 per night.

This hotel boasts a classic architectural style. It's conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, less than 10 minutes from the beach, and also close to the old town. While the lobby and rooms aren't huge, they are very clean and tidy. The toiletries provided in the room are of good quality. The hotel staff are all very friendly and even gave us a sachet as a gift when we checked out!

The hotel's location is excellent... just a 10-minute walk from the train station... and about 5 minutes from Galeries Lafayette and the beach. There are many dessert shops nearby, but the Chinese restaurant next door was terrible – definitely avoid it.

The hotel is located in the heart of Nice, with a great atmosphere and very friendly staff. The room was clean and spacious, with complimentary drinks and tea. The staff even gave us a small gift when we checked out.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety. Unfortunately, the view was of the back garden, but overall it was still a highly satisfying experience

Very nice and cozy boutique hotel. Services are good, amenities are kinda limited. Definitely great quality/price ratio to stay near Nice Ville train station and old city and beach.

Let me start with two noticeable downsides: First, the room's soundproofing is quite poor. We stayed for three nights, and on at least three occasions, we were woken up by phone calls from neighboring rooms or the hallway at different times. So, if you happen to have inconsiderate neighbors (loud talkers who act like no one else is around), you might not get good rest here. Second, the toilet in the bathroom is positioned a bit awkwardly, making it uncomfortable as you're too close to the wall when sitting.

Aside from those points, the hotel's location, service, and the exquisite, thoughtfully prepared breakfast were all impeccable. Very satisfied overall.
