I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The soundproofing in the room was the worst I've ever experienced; the noise from the plumbing was so loud it disrupted my sleep. On top of that, the hotel doesn't provide any bottled water, not even a single bottle. There's no water dispenser or coffee machine in the lobby either. Given that the price isn't even that great, I wouldn't recommend choosing this place.

The hotel itself seems a bit old and has clearly been around for a while, but our room was in great condition. It had updated furniture, clean bed linen, and a nice renovation overall. Just around the corner, there’s a fantastic Mexican restaurant — I highly recommend Taco!

The hotel was pretty decent as located very close to Nice train station and a short walk into the centre of town. The staff were pretty friendly and provided us with what we needed (extra bedding, travel cot). The only issue we had was that there was a bright emergency exit light in our room which could not be switched off and disturbed our sleep otherwise we were pretty happy here.

A very comfortable hotel to stay at, with a stable Wi-Fi signal, large, comfortable rooms equipped with everything you need, and daily cleaning. Despite the proximity to the train station, there was no noise. We were very pleased with our stay. Special thanks to the reception staff, who attended to our every request and were very friendly!

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the main streets and the embankment. The room was clean, but a kettle was missing. We stayed with a window facing the street, which can be noisy. There's a Russian grocery store and a cafe with a buffet nearby.

Excellent location; it was very easy to get to town. Staff members were friendly. Nice room views and quiet. Breakfast was very nice. I thought there was only WiFi in the lobby but was pleasantly surprised that I had WiFi in my room, too. Would definitely recommend for solo or business travelers.

The hotel is not far from the L1 station. The rooms are spacious, both with king-size beds and small balconies. The bathroom and shower area are separate. There's also a self-service bar and sofas on the first floor for luggage storage. Even when I arrived around 1 a.m., the front desk was still staffed.

We booked a room here and were not street side facing. The room was fairly small but ok. The bed was comfy. However, a strong warning. The walls are paper thin. Room was a little outdated however, the amazing view from our room was 10/10 and the staff was BEYOND welcoming, kind and accommodating! I would recommend this place to anyone! Despite the fact that this is quite far from the city center place were nice (🙃). We managed to get to where we wanted easily by bus. Room were oldish, but it's always what you're looking for. Very comfortable stay and friendly service.

The room is basic but as long as you don’t mind a short walk and a tram journey this place is great for a short trip to Nice. Easy to reach from the airport via Uber (€15 2019) and the tram takes you to into central Nice in ten mins for €1.50 The memorial for the Nice terrorist attacks is also at this location on the promenade.

Friendly staff and comfortable little hotel! My teenage daughter and me liked the pool with garden, great atmosphere and the restaurant terrasse. It’s definitely 3 star hotel. Location was great, very convenient as it’s close to almost everything. The hotel is run down. Even though we had the upgraded room, there was no storage space for our things so we were living out of our suitcases. If we ever go back to Nice, we definitely will not stay there.

I have stayed at Le Maurice several times over the years. I love its art deco styling/theme. The staff are always very welcoming and the breakfast is superb. It is situated in a side street with a short walk to the Promenade des Anglais and there are countless cafes and restaurants in the immediate area.

Clean hotel within walking distance of everything. Able to leave luggage for the afternoon before flying later that evening. Breakfast was available but we did not have it. Would recommend.

The location is good . The whole place needs to be freshened up, it looks like everything is from the 1990ties . Breakfast was very average and overpriced as are the rooms . Be prepared that they will try to put you in a basement room and send you an email about it about a week before your arrival.

A Must Stay for Relaxation! Perfect location! Approximately 5-7 minutes walk to the beach. Quiet and charming. The garden is very beautiful and therapeutic. I can't wait to stay longer. Hello We actually had several problems in our room: The air conditioning unit was faulty. The window facing the street had a gap on the side, so we could hear all the outside noise. The shower door didn't close properly, so water leaked out and soaked the mat and floor. Also, it was a room for four people, but it was so small that it was impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. The room seemed to be cleaned daily, so it was clean. I thought coffee was complimentary, but I wasn't able to drink any during my stay.

Aside from the small room and average soundproofing, everything else was pretty good. After all, it's a hostel, what more can you expect? Breakfast was good value for money. It's close to the train station, and a 15-minute walk to the beach and city center isn't too far.

Small hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. The room is quite big, and the twin room is just right for our family of three! The location is good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, and a set meal for 41 euros is enough for 2 people! It is within a 10-minute walk to the beach, passing by Zara/H&M/Galeries Lafayette, and shopping is very convenient. The only drawback is that there was a power outage in the middle of the night…

The price/performance ratio is relatively low. There is a terrace on the roof, but the overall room is simple, the equipment is old, and the bathroom is leaking, which makes it easy to slip. The front desk is not 24 hours, and there is no one on duty at night, which is quite strenuous. The elevator is very old and can only accommodate 2 people.

This is not a Travel Lodge or Premier Inn but it is clean, functional and comfortable. The beach and the fabulous Promenade Anglais are 100 yards away and the stop for the tram (town and the airport directions) is about the same. We are in town visiting relatives and we like it !

The staff was very helpful but had only 1 person making and serving breakfast. They took way too long so we missed what we had paid for. Very very noisy inside the hotel. No sound proofing.
