This is a good location just in front of the train station. It would be great if they allow a late check out for free like other hotels do

The location is great and the staff are wonderful. I hate the fact that you can hear the noise from the next room, but they always take care of it.

The shower door didn't close properly, so water leaked out and soaked the mat and floor. Also, it was a room for four people, but it was so small that it was impossible for two people to get ready at the same time. The room seemed to be cleaned daily, so it was clean. I thought coffee was complimentary, but I wasn't able to drink any during my stay.

Aside from the small room and average soundproofing, everything else was pretty good. After all, it's a hostel, what more can you expect? Breakfast was good value for money. It's close to the train station, and a 15-minute walk to the beach and city center isn't too far.

The hostel is in the main location, right near the central station, so connectivity is amazing. They provide a free locker to keep the stuff after checkout.

After exiting the train station, it’s about a 10-minute walk to get there, and the location is very convenient. The staff are very friendly. I stayed for three nights and slept well, but I wasn’t very used to the three-tier bunk beds. Since I was on the top bunk, any movement below would cause it to shake.

The balcony was a peaceful environment since it was facing an inside courtyard opposite the busy street on the other side of the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice. Beautiful property, the service was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. It was about a 20 minute walk to the main town area which was perfect for us and made the hotel quiet at night. We had the best time at Hotel Villa Rose. The service was wonderful, the people are so warm, the breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect for us, we never used the public transit and instead walked into town which took about 20 minutes, but there is a tram stop just a minute away from the hotel. Location was perfect. It is really close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. But as a inside, there was no hot water while I was showering, room was so cold and had thin walls. Small hotel but in the great distance from the train station, the room was big enough for 3 people, had one double bed and one single bed, the bathroom was quite small but equipped with all we need. Then lobby room should be bigger and provide some cutlery and cups for guests who want to bring something to eat. The overall stay was good we love it.

Location is great! 3 to 5 mins walk to the station then 5 to 10 mons walk to the town center with Monoprix and lots of food and shopping hub. Nice is really good! Has lift so luggage friendly. Although the smell of the room is still there, I felt like someone smoked inside the room and the cleaner just clean it rapidly.

Good location with easy foot access to train station and old city as well as other major attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took breakfast every morning in the small terrance garden and the food is great! Our room are is relatively spacious with a light kitchen facilities, good for drinks and snacks too. The hotel is situated very close to the Nice-ville train station and a short walk (around 15 min.) to the Place Massena, walking by the nice Avenue of Jean Medicin. Stayed for two nights - we got an Uber from the airport for €22, it is about a 20 minute walk from the train station - and a similar walk to the beach in the other direction. Reception was friendly and check in quick - the room key unlocks the door from the street if you return late, which is positive so only guests can get in. The room is quite big, and the twin room is just right for our family of three! The location is good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, and a set meal for 41 euros is enough for 2 people! It is within a 10-minute walk to the beach, passing by Zara/H&M/Galeries Lafayette, and shopping is very convenient. The only drawback is that there was a power outage in the middle of the night…

The price/performance ratio is relatively low. There is a terrace on the roof, but the overall room is simple, the equipment is old, and the bathroom is leaking, which makes it easy to slip. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops and public transportation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The soundproofing in the room was the worst I've ever experienced; the noise from the plumbing was so loud it disrupted my sleep. On top of that, the hotel doesn't provide any bottled water, not even a single bottle. There's no water dispenser or coffee machine in the lobby either. Given that the price isn't even that great, I wouldn't recommend choosing this place.

The hotel itself seems a bit old and has clearly been around for a while, but our room was in great condition. It had updated furniture, clean bed linen, and a nice renovation overall. Just around the corner, there’s a fantastic Mexican restaurant — I highly recommend Taco!

Room was a little outdated however, the amazing view from our room was 10/10 and the staff was BEYOND welcoming, kind and accommodating! I would recommend this place to anyone! Breakfast was technically buffet style however due to the pandemic they brought all the buffet options to your table for you! Even tried their best to make us an iced coffee!

Despite the fact that this is quite far from the city center place were nice (🙃). We managed to get to where we wanted easily by bus. Room were oldish, but it's always what you're looking for. Very comfortable stay and friendly service.

The room is basic but as long as you don’t mind a short walk and a tram journey this place is great for a short trip to Nice. Easy to reach from the airport via Uber (€15 2019) and the tram takes you to into central Nice in ten mins for €1.50 The memorial for the Nice terrorist attacks is also at this location on the promenade.

Friendly staff and comfortable little hotel! My teenage daughter and me liked the pool with garden, great atmosphere and the restaurant terrasse. Just checked out after a fantastic 4 nights in Nice at the Palm Hotel. There is really no better location with the beach, restaurants, shopping area etc all steps away. Train station is also only a 10-12 minute walk. The staff is very nice, rooms are really clean. I travel for work all the time and the Palm checks all the boxes and more. I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately sound isolation was pretty bad. Even though the price was good I don't think it is worth it. I literally heard everything in the neighbouring rooms and unlucky I had noisy neighbours at night.
