Absolutely love this hotel, Novotel never disappoints.

Breakfast is amazing lots of choices and if you pick your hotel based on breakfast as I do, please proceed with booking this one as you won’t be disappointed.

Location is fantastic, literally less than 10 min on foot outside of the terminal 1, you just get the tunnel down the main road and you get there.

For my gym lovers, they have Technogym state of the art equipment, absolutely amazing. A few improvements for the gym for me are: add a few mirrors, elastic bands and mats.

My room was also facing the sea and as it was winter I could see the sunrise too.

The hotel staff, the reception staff welcomed us with a smile and made sure that we are comfortable. They kept our baggage safe as our checkin time was 2pm and we arrived at 8am. The stay was overall perfect and I would definitely stay here again. They even have a shuttle service from Nice Aeroport and a friendly helpful and smiling staff. Thank you for the great service and making our stay beautiful and comfortable.

Extremely happy with my stay. Great location, very clean and welcoming. Special thanks to Ziad and Gavin who went out of their way to be helpful. Also the young staff in the dining room were great. Chosen initially because of the 24/7 free airport shuttle which turned out to be awesome.

I had one of the best customer service experiences thanks to an incredible employee named Ziab.

After missing my flight, I found myself stranded at 2am with no available rooms. When I asked at Ibis and was told the hotel was full, Ziab overheard and stepped in to help. He explained a couple had left early and, although he isn’t part of housekeeping, he personally cleaned and prepared the room so I would have a safe place to stay.

Not only did he do that, but he also checked in on me because he noticed how stressed I was. His kindness and initiative completely turned my night around. Novotel is lucky to have such a compassionate and dedicated employee. Thank you, Ziab!

Not worth the cost or time at this Novotel due to one particular staff member. Mr Jean Pierre/Jean Mance. He was rude from the start, late at the pick up at the airport. Then almost drove us off the road, was driving onto the sidewalk fast, while we had a child onboard. He simply did not answer questions and spoke terribly to us. Check out was poor due to his nature as well. Unfortunately Novotel was subpar due to their uneducated rude staff. I would not recommend this place and would easily book in any other hotel nearby. Campinelle may be smaller but their staff are friendly and helpful. The sheraton nearby is more expensive but you will get service accordingly. Novotel needs to train their employees better when handling international customers. Or change this person to another shift where his mood can accommodate people.

Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk to Nice airport terminal 1, and within minutes walk to the tram line 2, which goes to the major attractions of the city. Breakfast is very good, room is ample size. Nice is not cheap, especially at peak or shoulder season, so in that regard this hotel is good value when we were there in late August.
